Good accommodation in convenient location

I could check in despite my arrival after their regular check-in time. Much appreciated. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there were plenty of foods to choose from. Location is convenient. It's in walkable distance from the train station if you don't have too much luggage.

The bathroom could use some renovations. If you want to take a late night shower, make sure not to fall asleep until there's finally hot water running.

Large room.

The heating was turned off every day from 10h to 16h and every evening after 23h, while the temperature was way below zero. My wife could not ski and was supposed to prepare an exam during the day in the room, but it was too cold to stay.

- Cold in the room for my taste - Not quite clouse to the gondola, so kind of need a car - We got a room on the second floor, with no elevator. Climbing 6 times with luggage for 4 persons (2 children) was not very pleasant

The price is fair. Room was comfortable. Reception staff behavior was great.

Poor breakfast. Photos of breakfast are misleading, they do not reflect reality. No pastries at all ( just bread and a strange kind of croissant, I could not eat) no selection of yogurts. It was little cold in the rooms.In the lobby was also little cold but they didn’t not opened fire.

Exceptional

The hotel is close to the railway station, huge eurospar, Stubnerkogel cable car as well as the Felsentherme. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and spacious with the breathtaking view of the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay.

We liked the cleanliness, the bathroom was also nice and modern, the was balcony with a table and chairs with a good view of the mountains. The breakfast was also diverse and delicious. The playroom for kids and a billiard table were also entertaining.

Our room doesn't include a refrigerator and iron.

Breakfast was good, with diffrent options, dinning hall was spacious. Room had a nice veiw. Small room with snooker table was good as well for taking a small sport break.

Tea/Coffee machine could be provided (self paid) so that in case guests want to have a coffee or tea at odd hours, they can have it.
