Quartos muito espaçosos e limpos. Toda a área envolvente bem cuidada. Perto do centro de Lucca.
O funcionário que nos recebeu falava apenas italiano e insistiu que eu teria de efetuar o check-in online para as 13 pessoas do grupo. No entanto, a plataforma destinada ao check-in não estava a funcionar corretamente e, apesar disso, o funcionário insistia que não existia outra alternativa. Esta situação causou algum desconforto e atraso. Felizmente, foi chamada outra colaboradora que, após algum tempo, conseguiu encontrar solução.
