Spacious room, short walk into Lucca town. Cafe close by is excellent.
Quite noisy, can hear other rooms returning/even talking and noise in the morning from outside.

A pleasant room, a large bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Delicious coffee and a parking space right next to the building. Breakfast is provided in the form of vouchers for restaurants/cafés. Good location and very good communication with the owner. Late check-in is possible.
There is some noise from guests in the rooms next door and from the stairwell.

Clean and nice reception.
we booked included breakfast, but only got a 4€ voucher for a cafe next door. also a very noisy building!
