Stay as far away as possibile from that property manager.
I was unable to collect the keys – the PIN provided by the administrator was incorrect. The person I called on the telephone number provided refused to help in any way and stated that the property had already been sold.
I was unable to obtain any information from anyone. I was denied the possibility to stay, for which I had paid in advance. To this day, I have not received any feedback with an apology, much less a refund.

Convenient and spacious but the lack of hot water was a big let down
The location was perfect, only a short walk to the town centre and only a mile from the stadium where I was racing the marathon on Sunday. Very spacious as well
Unfortunately there was no hot water which I found out was due to the boiler being faulty Also a leaky radiator in the kitchen/lounge area.
