Flat in north Abingdon

For us, the location is great and very quiet. The parking space is very good. The flat is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and clean. The bathroom is functional and a good shower. The towels were good. The two bedrooms are fine, enough room for 4 people. The bed linen was fresh and clean.The WiFi worked well. There is a small supermarket, takeaway food places and a pub a few minutes walk away

The flat was not well cleaned. There were cobwebs and dust in many places, some mould on the shower and around the toilet, some toilet paper dropped behind the toilet. The dining table was marked and dirty. One of the additional blankets was stained. The bed frames are slightly wobbly and squeak when moving on them. If the flat could be cleaned more thoroughly then it would be a very good place to stay, but on this occasion the cleanliness let it down.

My bed was a little firm. I’ve got back problems so I struggled a little. The bed frame was also noisy too.

Convenient location for us. Plenty of space for a small family.

Parking was good and check in easy. Plenty of utensils.

Not very clean at all. Hair everywhere, grease all over the cooker and kitchen cupboards, bath and shower screen filthy! Some mould in bathroom. A door matt inside would have helped. Basics should be supplied even with the prior email warning that toilet roll wasn’t included. It’s not expensive and quite inconvenient if you were to arrive late. Not a problem for us but just a recommendation.

It was spacious, easy check in. Liked having garden access. Liked the building itself being like a house rather than block of flats.good communication from the host and local ameneties were close by.

We love this apartment and location

We've stayed here 4 times. The apparent is perfect size for a small family with dogs. Sophie and Simon are great hosts and responsive.

We've had problems with litter outside the apartment a couple of times. Bins are not collected on time. You need to improve in this area.

Great location but not to our expectations.

Good location and parking. Communication with the host was good at check in and check out. Check in worked without any issues. Kitchen fairly well equipped.

Sofa was very uncomfortable. Room with double bed was far too small. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I couldn’t sleep on the double bed as the one by the window couldn’t get in and out at night without waking up the other so ended up staying in separate beds. Bed was very noisy every time you turned and mattresses paper thin. Some kitchenware was not clean, i.e. mugs, plates and cutlery. Random screws by windows and on dining table. There was some dirt in the bath tub as well. Additional charge for pets only communicated after we booked. No mention of it at the time of booking. Was told dog bowls, bed and treats would be left out but there wasn’t anything when we arrived. One bath towel for two of us but had 5 hand towels. Bathroom in need of refurbishing. Toilet seat loose.

A conveniently placed and well appointed 2 bed flat - ideal for 4 people.

Immaculately clean & well appointed flat. Close to the centre of Abingdon. Ideal for taking the family dog - Secure outside space was a real bonus.

In a quiet convenient location with parking. Modern and clean, comfortable beds

Uncomfortable seating and lack of information about how to set the heating. Cold when we arrived and also when we got back at 9 in the evening. Managed to establish how to turn it on to constant but no idea of settings for timed heating. The furniture was very basic and the double bedroom really small. We opted for the larger twin room, but there were no bedside lights or tables in either of the rooms.
