The location is fabulous and the village is lovely too. To be able to safely park right outside the door makes life very easy too. The Stable was very well appointed and comfortable and having the (wonderful) Community Shop across the courtyard is really handy. The cafe is a really good - so handy for breakfast.
Unfortunately, our neighbours upstairs were not very considerate when moving out and loading their van on Saturday morning. They were from a Theatre Group and found it necessary to make a huge amount of noise from 6.30 onwards. However, this obviously has nothing to do with the owners, but perhaps a reminder to residents to be considerate might be worth including in the welcome info? Just a thought….some people need to be reminded to be mannerly!

Lovely barn conversion with all we required for a great stay. Good community shop. Nice garden space to enjoy. We’ve been travelling for several months one of the best accommodation for the price we have stayed in.
A little hot, however in fairness we find that a lot of UK accommodation doesn’t have cooling systems or fixed fans, which would be good on warm, humid days.
