Great accommodation in a handy location - made a perfect base for our getaway. Had everything we needed and more! The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy and the whole flat was very stylish but homely.

Very lovely flat. Handily very close to the event we came here for at the football club grounds. Right by the Oxford Rd./Boundary House bus stops. Co-op only 5 mins walk away. We didn't need parking but it looked like there'd be room on the drive. Very clean & nicely decorated - fairly recently by the looks of things. Good lighting. Exactly like the photos. Comfy wood flooring & soft rugs in the living room/kitchen, elsewhere carpeted (apart from the tiled bathroom). Has everything you could possibly need, including tea & coffee, soap & washing up things. We didn't need the washing machine & dishwasher, but it was good to have them available. Very spacious, especially in the bedroom, + lots of drawers to tidy things away. Nice comfy bed & bedding. Very comfy sofa with lots of cushions & a fleecy throw. Really good size TVs. Shower was amazing & easy to operate. I usually take advantage of a bath when there is one but I chose the shower each night. We couldn't find the extractor fan switch but maybe it's one of those that silently operates all the time. It was hot weather so we kept the window open anyway. Hosts very responsive; gave WiFi codes within minutes of request. We've booked it again for the same event next year, so overall we're very happy with the place.

The locks were rather tricky & initially neither key from the lock box worked, despite much wiggling. Took about 5 mins, & we realised the handle worked in conjunction with the right key exactly at the same time. Once we'd worked out which key was which, having got the wrong one stuck for a bit, the locks did ease up. I've suggested it would be helpful to label which key is which. The bathroom light sensor seems to have a mind of its own & the light would sometimes go on when we were just sitting in the living room area on the sofa. When in the bath/shower it would go off after 1 minute & I'd get plunged into darkness, but it was manageable by frequently opening the shower screen. I've told the hosts about a trip hazard at the top of the stairs within the flat. I stubbed my foot badly on it 3 times before I realised what exactly was there. It's a bit of superfluous skirting board that sticks out. I have a massive bruise, but after a few days it's recovering. Luckily I always hang on to the handrail or I'd've gone flying down the stairs. A prior visitor had missed packing a sock & it was camouflaged by the floor rug by the sofa. I only found it when I trod on it. Presume the cleaner had moved it around the rug with the vacuum cleaner not noticing it. It could be quite easy to lose black & white things on that rug, but it's a lovely rug. These issues didn't noticeably impact our stay or we wouldn't have booked already for next year.

Lovely sized flat in a great location, great communication from the property in advance. Had everything I needed and was clean and tidy- would highly recommend.

Only minor point would be the need for more glassware.
