Quiet area, safe off street parking, comfortable and clean, easy to take the bus into town.

My colleagues stayed in the property for work. Overall very pleased with property and location was perfect. They really enjoyed their stay. I can high recommend

Propiedad bien ubicada, y con amplitud y comodidad para alojar varias personas. Tiene estacionamiento lo cual es muy importante en esta ciudad. Tiene lavarropas y buen equipamiento.

Que cobren garantía. Uno se entera cuando ya ha reservado y no se puede volver atrás. Me gustaría que me lo aclaren de entrada, así puedo yo decidir qué hago. Y aclaro que soy MUY cuidadosa de las propiedades (soy dueña y alquilo las mías) , pero esta modalidad me parece abusiva.

The cleaners have not been cleaning the oven, we couldn't use it. It was so dirty it started smelling of burnt fat when we turned it on - very unpleasant. As we were there for 2 weeks we would have appreciated a vacuum cleaner to clean upstairs carpets and a mop to clean hard floors. We were happy to allow the gardener to run his lawn mower through the house to access the garden. He did clean up but ideally I would have liked to wet clean the floor. Instructing the cleaners to open the windows and clean the ridges inside the window frames would be a good shout. The bathroom window is gross and full of dead spiders and flies. A book of instructions for bins etc would have enhanced our ability to recycle according to the municipality requirements. The bath towels were on the small side and only one set was provided for a two week stay. Providing toilet cleaner would help to keep your toilets in better condition. I understand why you would not provide cleaning products for a long stay but for a two week stay I would have expected a few bin bags in the kitchen, toilet cleaner, surface cleaner, 2 week supply of personal and kitchen towels (I had to buy washing machine powder). This was not a cheap rent and I think it was unfair for us to have been expected to purchase bin bags and cleaning products that you would have then profited from when we left the excess behind.
