Very comfortable bed, warm room. Check in and out instructions very clear, staff called to ensure all went smoothly. Very convenient location, 10 mins walk from city. Would definitely recommend !

Well equipped and located accommodation with friendly staff!

It was an excellent location, very convenient for both the train and bus stations, with a large Waitrose just across the road. The property was well maintained, the landlord very friendly, and the management team helpful. The kitchen and communal areas were especially well equipped and well organised. I would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, quiet and cute stay within walking distance to central Oxford.

I genuinely loved the ambiance. The beautiful garden view, and also the quietness. It's a cute quaint room, tucked away just outside of central Oxford.

The facilities could have provided some shampoo and conditioner and perhaps some body wash. But that's just a personal request, I had my own so it was fine.

It was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely visit again!

It was very comfortable and cozy. It was near the train station as well as the city centre. Right next to it is a big supermarket. The shared kitchen space was clean, and it was nice to chat with the other people staying there.

Please keep in mind that if your room is not on the ground floor, you have to bring your luggage to the upper floors via the narrow and steep stairs.

No cleaning service of any kind. Bridge connecting to Oxford under construction.

Not expensive, room fine, view of trees, close to supermarket

Did not service the room for a week although I asked for service. Only hand soap available although I asked for soap (and service). The location is problematic as the bridge connecting this area to Oxford proper is not in service and seems to be closed for a long period.

Will stay again great place …

It’s close to city center walking distance about 15 min very near and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Good for family stay. Beds were super comfortable

No lift so if u have heavy bags it’s a steep climb. The number for door lock can be 4 digit instead of 6 or 7 digit. Bottom room is very convenient but a bit noisy from road and the dogs in the neighborhood.

Good overall, but no AC

Easy check in process, good amount of privacy, beautiful common area, the beds were comfortable.

There is no AC, only heating. So you are at the mercy of one fan.

Very disappointing

Common area (kitchen, dining and living area, patio were comfortable and well equipped.

Listing implied that the facilities in the common area were ensuite, so we thought our room would be spacious. The room was in fact tiny with no room for two people to move around. Also due to road construction which won't be completed until August of 2026 the property can only be reached on foot from the bus and train station and city center. If you can't carry or wheel your suitcases you'll need to pay about 20 to 30 pounds for a roundabout cab or Uber ride.

Nice little place

Spotless and very modern, good location, maybe a 10 minute walk into town. There was also a good pub that served great food and a good selection of beers, etc called The Holly Bush literally a few mins walk along the road. Lounge area was very well maintained which led into a lovely garden area.

We could have done with more condiments in the room. Four tea bags & milks for a 3 night stay for two people? Also when entering the building we were met with an unpleasant moist smell, unsure if this was possibly due to the carpets being wet, maybe a couple of plug-in air fresheners would help, other than this we would certainly consider staying again.

Very very small. Felt like a shared property rather than a nice stay. No iron or ironing board. I was visiting for work and had creased shirts for the week as a result. Expensive for the vibe and feel to the place.

Location was great, pleasant 10 min walk from SBS. It's a house with many rooms. Room was comfortable with coffee & tea (no water offered); a shared kitchen and refrigerator for the house. Quiet place; WiFi was decent.

The door keypad was quite sensitive and took a few tries to open front door, but worked 9 out of 10 times. Best for walking, by car, it was difficult to navigate due to road closures.

Very nice and clean room with great shared kitchen and living room

the room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and the shower spacious. The communal kitchen is really nice and very well equipped. It’s about 10 minutes walking from the station and 20 from the city center

My room was facing the main road and it’s a bit noisy with cars and buses passing very close. I bet you cannot sleep with the windows open in summer

Komfortable Küche, die sehr gut eingerichtet und mit vielen elektronischen Geräten ausgestattet war. Zimmer hatte gute Größe und war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Besass einen kleinen Innenhof / Garten indem schöne Blumen geblüht haben und man in Stille entspannen und essen konnte.

Undichte Fenster, war in der Nacht sehr zügig und frisch da es draussen kalt war. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss. Kein Treppensteigen mit Gepäck nötig, jedoch nebenan befand sich eine Toilette, welche für alle Bewohner nutzbar war und von jemandem genutzt wurde, der nicht in seinem Zimmer die Toilette benutzen wollte für sein dickes Geschäft. Somit hatten wir den Gestank im Zimmer, da die Duftlinie direkt in unser Zimmer reinkam.
