The location is amazing, in a quiet street close to the city center, the instructions to access it were very clear and the place was easy to find. The room is very simple but it has all the things you need for a short stay.

The heater wasn’t working properly so the first night I slept in my outside clothes because it was so cold. The manager did try to solve the problem but the central regulation makes it that you can’t control your own room temperature. The room wasn’t very clean, I found bottle caps under the bed, the toilet brush had seen better days and the towels were very dirty.

SUFFICIENT FOR SHORT STAY.

The studio was compact and clean, it had everything for short stay. Great location, close to the centre so easy to walk to bars restaurants, attractions etc. Ideal for one night stay.

We confirmed we wanted parking but the request didnt go through so we had nowhere to park when we arrived. Took a few calls to speak to somebody to rectify the situation and after paying an additional £5.00 we were given the code to release the padlock on the barrier. There does not appear to be any permit free parking, or off-road parking close to the property. The kitchen part has no sink so pots were washed and left to drain in bathroom sink.

Practical and comfy room in a good location! Would stay here again

Clear instructions on how to access the property and the room. Room also had a kettle, microwave and fridge which was handy. Hosts had even provided a fan (it was a hot bank holiday weekend!). Would stay here again

Not necessarily something "we didn't like" but the TV didn't seem very sturdy on the wall and we were worried it was going to fall off!

A good room close to everything.

Very good location, and only a short walk to most of the main attractions in Oxford. Room was fine with the necessary facilities and quite large which was good.

Room was hot. Gets the afternoon sun through a skylight. This may only have been my room (Cypress Room) but there was not aircon so it stayed warm all night. Also, my room was on top floor with no lift and narrow stairs which makes it difficult if you have large luggage. These are all personal things so others may not mind.

No parking as advertised

Have stayed before and perfect location for city. However there is no parking as advertised. Road works have moved bus parking and stop outside apartment. Took us forever to find a space in city to park and pay. If known I would have found somewhere else with parking and cancelled.

Great location and a decent sized room with an en suit bathroomp, which was very nice. The amenities, microwave, fridge, kettle, plates, etc, were good to have.

Fantastic location and an easy walk into the centre. The room had everything we needed for a short stay! The skylight was great for keeping the room cool!

A remarkably soft bed, but fine if that's to your taste. I hit my head a few times in the sloping ceiling, which was mostly due to lack of spatial awareness on my behalf.

Good communication from host prior to visit and clear instructions to gain entry. Convenient location close to the train station.

Though clean the whole house had a rather stale smell. Very basic for the cost. The mattress was very soft, not like a hotel mattress, which wouldn't suit some though OK for me.

It was close to the center, app. 20 minute walking.

The bed was dirty, I've found a lot of hair on the linen, also the pillows seemed to be used. The floor was dirty, the room smelled bad. I couldn't close the window, so I could here the noise of the street. The mattress was too soft, maybe the springs were broken.

Good overnight stay in a clean and generally comfortable flat

The host was communicative and very helpful in advance of my arrival and flexible on arrival time. Self check-in so I did not meet the host. The flat was clean, functional, and had everything I needed. The price seemed good for an expensive place like Oxford.

The instructions for the front door were a little confusing. They said "swipe to...." but weren't clear that I needed to swipe a credit card - I assumed it meant just swipe my hand. The mattress was much too soft for my liking - did not help with my bad back! Obviously mattresses are a matter of personal taste but this one was at the extreme end of softness.

El apartamento estaba en muy malas condiciones de higiene. Nada más llegar encontramos una cucaracha muerta junto al microondas, además de telarañas y polvo en varios puntos del alojamiento. Las camas y almohadas estaban sucias: encontramos alrededor de 10 pelos y manchas de sangre, algo totalmente inaceptable. La moqueta estaba muy sucia y las paredes llenas de manchas. En general, la sensación era de abandono y falta absoluta de limpieza. El apartamento no se corresponde en absoluto con las fotos publicadas. La realidad es muy diferente y mucho peor. Debido a esta situación, decidimos marcharnos y buscar otro alojamiento, ya que no era un lugar seguro ni adecuado para dormir. El propietario se negó a devolvernos el importe de las dos noches que teníamos reservadas. Además, Booking no ofreció ninguna solución, a pesar de llamar y enviar fotografías como prueba. Sin duda, el peor lugar en el que me he alojado. No lo recomiendo a nadie, salvo que estés dispuesto a arriesgarte a problemas de salud. Nada más entrar intentamos contactar con el propietario y no respondió a ningún mensaje, dejándonos tirados.

El apartamento estaba en estado deplorable. Cucaracha muerta, camas y almohadas sucias con pelos y manchas de sangre, telarañas, polvo por todos lados, moqueta repugnante y paredes llenas de manchas. Nada que ver con las fotos, publicidad totalmente engañosa. Nada más entrar intentamos contactar con el propietario y no respondió a ningún mensaje, dejándonos tirados. Ante una situación claramente insalubre, nos vimos obligados a marcharnos y buscar otro alojamiento. No devolvió el dinero y Booking tampoco hizo nada, ni siquiera tras enviar pruebas. El peor alojamiento imaginable. Dormir aquí es jugarse la salud. Evítalo a toda costa.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Oxford geeignet

Nette Zimmergröße, reibungsloser kontaktloser Zimmerbezug Man hatte bequem zu zweit Platz, das Zimmer war warm und es war ruhig Das Zentrum ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ist also etwas außerhalb. Das ist allerdings nicht tragisch und ist der Ortsbeschreibung auch so zu entnehmen

Die Matratze sollte dringend(!!!!) ausgetauscht werden, ich wusste gar nicht, dass man so tief einsinken kann Die Dusche hat gerne zwischen warm und kalt abgewechselt und der Lüfter im Bad war etwas unhygienisch
