Great location close to the train station 2 min walk and city centre 10 min walk
The room was clean and I liked the facilities, TV, microwave , and fridge in the room

Stay was extremely good , the property is in the centre and easy access to train station and the major attractions.

Communication with staff who bent over backwards to help, good pressure in the warm shower, fairly comfortable bed, well heated in room. Just enough space for rest and getting washed with main city attractions within a couple of minutes walk, gorgeous food in the restaurant downstairs and free luggage holding until later on checkout day to grab bag and cross the road to the train station.
Stairs could seem steep for anyone with limited mobility, was expecting a different room but after talking to the staff, our original room had an unexpected issue and they went out of their way to give us anything we asked for with the room we were given instead.
