    Superb
Very nice cosy modern and clean apartment. Keys were in the key box. Very calm location. Grocery stores, cafeteria or pizzeria cca 5 mins walk. Bus stops 1 to 5 mins walk. I really liked the apartment had very good heating as I heard some houses are very cold and damp in Oxford. The studio is very cosy and I felt very comfortable there. I had everything what I needed.

Excellent location and facility, a very enjoyable stay.
The location was very good, bus stops just a few meters from the apartment, the facility was very clean and in excellent shape.
    There was no TV.

Quiet studio room near hospital was good find - thank you!
Near hospital and near shops too. Quiet too.
Only 1 glass. A couple of mugs or another couple of cups.

    Meh..
    there was no breakfast
The front door had no light on in the evening. The numbers on the key padlock did not move easily and you're holding a flashlight while doing this. Neighbors in adjacent rooms could be heard very clearly on their phone and in the bathroom at 10:30 to 11 o'clock at night. Perhaps some additional insulation or sound proofing could help. I saw a notice that requested people keep the noise down which was generally disregarded

I do not recommend this facility
    Decently clean.
They didn't provide any toilet paper. I contacted them right away at the email they gave me for "on site needs" but they never got back to me. I feel like this is a small but essential detail, especially since the facility is not close to a supermarket and if you don't have a car you may not get on a bus late at night (because they're not reliable, see below) or whenever you check in there may not be a solution. You shouldn't have to worry about something like that as you check in, it's a basic need. They sent a bunch of messages beforehand warning me that the facility often hosts people attending family at the hospital and that I should be as quiet as possible. I was super quiet, only used headphones and never said a word out loud. However, the guests next door had the TV on until 1 am, made a lot of noise on the stairs, talked out loud before sunrise. It was impossible to rest! Don't rely on public transport because not a single bus arrived on time during my stay, they often skipped a ride or two and made me miss an important meeting because I had left the accommodation over 1 hour early and no bus passed the entire time (at least 2 buses were supposed to pass by). The hosts should warn you and write about this problem on the facility listing, they should be transparent (and informed) regarding public transport in the area. A guest has no way to find this out as they're booking and the hosts should take care of it.

Vert comfortable and convenient apartment, ideal for short-stay work trips to Oxford. Super.
Very well set-up apartment with new equipment and very clean.
Sound insulation is not good; other residents were quiet, so there was no problem, but one hears people coughing etc from other rooms.

Clean property, but just for a night or so, not to stay longer as not very functional.
Quite location near John Radcliffe Hospital, with bus route to the centre of Oxford close-by. The price was reasonable. The property was spotlessly clean. The washing machine was good, but very noisy if used, as no property sound proofing (on spin it’s like an aircraft taking off).
The bed was not very comfortable. Only one squishy pillow (needed more). Only part of a started toilet roll for 2 nights, and inconveniently ran out. The apartment is tiny and not very functional e.g. bedside lamp plug to turn on electric, somewhere under the bed, so could not use the lamp or plug extension for anything; the fridge is squeezed into a far corner, sandwiched between mini desk, wall and door opens towards you (to access fridge you have to lean down into it); no additional power supply for kettle/ toaster/ cooking rings (if you want to use them, you have to move microwave, or use it on top of the appliance - it is fine for a night or so, if not planning to really use anything - if wanting to be in apartment and utilise kitchen, it is not great. No comfortable chair to sit on (no room for a sofa, place is very small), no wardrobe for clothes. Really 2 of the apartments should be merged and then they would still be very small, but more functional.
