Our second time staying at this wonderful home-from-home. The previous stay was a cosy winter one, so it was a real treat to enjoy a summer trip this time with the beautiful garden with so many options of places to sit and relax. The house was immaculate on arrival and lovely surprises like fresh milk waiting for us along with tea, coffee & biscuits. A treat to have starter pack of washing up / dishwasher bits, as well as plenty of shower gel, soap and toilet roll. The house is well equipped, very spacious especially for the living areas and kitchen, and lovely home touches. We had a very comfortable stay and will certainly be back when visiting family and friends in the area. Thank Nick for being such a great host!
The bedroom shutter style blinds let in quite a bit of light (especially on long summer evenings) so light sleepers might want to pack an eye mask if that bothers them.

Clean and comfortable and thoughtful extra touches such as a decorated Christmas tree. The location - walking distance to the Park and Ride - was very convenient and made Oxford City Centre easily accessible. The residential street was beautifully quiet at nighttime.
We couldn’t find any instructions for setting the oven clock and it took us a while to get the oven to work.

Good sized family house, 3 double bedrooms, large living room and kitchen with outdoor garden.
Master bedroom could do with a king sized bed but not a deal breaker.

Perfect location quiet avenue and it was right in middle of things .everything we needed to know was left for us on our email as well the notice board
Heating not being able to control it as it was cold on some evenings
