The apartment was very clean and well presented. It met all our needs. The location was perfect for walking to the shops and John Radcliffe Hospital.

The rooms and layout were as described and in photos.
There was no hot water for the bath. The shower had limited hot water
After booking the accommodation, I was told, via a phone call as I didn;t pick up the message via booking.com that a £250 deposit was needed and a copy of my ID. The deposit was very high for a 2 night stay and took several days to pay back
