The perfect apartment that met all our needs.

Good location for what we needed

Flat in poorer conditions compared to pictures Furniture- dining table- not functional and dangerous as not stable Washing machine not working- they offered to use another into a different flat which was unsurprisingly not working as well Fun extractor in the bathroom not working Shower not working- cannot rgulate temperature for the water not to burn yor skin. Kitchen plates and curtlerly not clean! Overall conditions of the building and vommunal parts were not clean with piles of rubbish left at the front of the property Management of the property agreed for a refund and it took weeks to process the refund

The dirtiest place I've ever stayed

I enjoyed leaving this dirty place with no heating or hot water on day 2.

The broken, dangerous cooker, the fridge with spilt sour milk on the shelves, the urine stained hinges on the toilet, the dried-on food on the sofa, the filthy oven, the lack of heating or hot water on day 2, the refusal to send an engineer to fix it after 5pm, the difficulty getting a refund for the first 2 nights, the delay in returning my deposit, the post and leaflets strewn on the floor.

Improve communications more efficiently to guests

Good location to city centre. Only a couple of minutes walk to local shops. The property itself is spacious.

The mattress in main bedroom needs to be replaced because it made our sleeping so uncomfortable. The bath towels were not in good condition: there’s a big hole on one of towels. The washing machine had been broken down however cleaners helped us to use washing machine in next door unit to wash our clothes.

Overall, it’s a nice experience. The place is convenient for us.

First, the location is near the place where we are working. Second, all amenities are available. Lastly, the ambiance and vibe.

1. It’s a bit difficult to park because of the small space. 2. The smell of the sofa bed is not good. We can’t tolerate it so we have to put a cover just to mask the smell. 3. The noise coming from the toilet bowl, I am not sure if it’s really normal for the water to continuously flow like that at the bowl. 4. The smell of the whole house when we entered is not what we’ve expected from the picture.

Nothing special. it's Oxford area as a city it is relatively well connected. taxi companies uber etc provide transport wherever you stay. Every neighbourhood has basics, so this is basic. if you stay a night you can tolerate perhaps...

Its disgusting! The apartment #3 is a dump. Old and falling apart furniture and floor and fittings it is all broken and NOTHING matches any photos posted by Platinum Pillows. dirty uncleaned- shower and toilets, drains blocked, cobwebs on all windows and all over the balcony thick layer of dirt and bird droppings on the balcony, electric kettle with grey water and flakes of residue inside, plastic spatula half melted, cooking pots and pans 4 in total and half burnt and coating peeling- toxic ! cleaning supplies for dish/laundry NOT provided. There is no dishwasher, so had to wash all dishes by hand after each meal! Hot water boiler in the bedroom next to the bed- super scary! And got to experience the technician coming in to check on it while we were there, he had no idea where this mysterious Boiler was.... found it in the bedroom behind the unstable cupboard.... Super unsafe and UN-hygienic place. This place should not be allowed to operate!

they charged us £50 for late checkout because we waited to give the keys to the cleaners as the box was too difficult to work. Booking.com promised to address this but have not done so.

A total disaster… Paid 2 nights over £750 and got refunded £35 despite all the inconvenience! Not fair

One key was missing in the locker at check-in… Nobody was answering the phone… A real Nightmare + Boiler not connected… No hot Water !

The location

No hot water in the main bathroom, washing machine did not work, the second bathroom sink and kitchen sink water was not draining and the second bedroom door did not shut due to they way the beds were placed. Stayed 4 nights, the communal area was never cleaned, rubbish and dust everywhere.

Big disappointment and lousy customer service

Lot of complaints. No hot water for shower/bath. Leaking washing machine whole kitchen under water. Light above stove and lid of the garbage bin was broken. Send a lot of messages but communication was very difficult, four different persons. Two different email adresses. No whatsapp. Problems were not solved during our stay. No excuse or empathy regarding our complaints. Thank you sir we will forward it to our maintenance department. Worst customer experience and no value for our money.

Easy to find smart apartment in Oxford.

Clean Apartment easy instructions with parking too.

The outside bins allocated to the apartment we booked were not emptied overflowing with previous tenant's rubbish. Therefore we could not do as instructed in the booklet of the recycling and refuse rubbish. We contacted the company and they informed us to use other bins. So we did

Location is good, 3 minutes walk to Marston centre for buying food in the co-op., 1 minute walk to bus stop and then 7 minutes bus to city centre. Nice kitchen. Delicious pananini in the cafe.

A big garage station is just 10 feet from the window of the bedroom of flat 2. There were a lot of garage there when I came and more and more garage came everyday but no one clear them until we left. Noisy in the early morning, 6:30am. Single bedroom is very small.

Not as expected

Convenient for bus into the city centre.

The property was located next to a busy road. To the front there were all of the dustbins for the apartments, spilling over with discarded electrical items. The apartment was much smaller than anticipated. The single room only just fitted a small single bed. There is a paved outside area and it’s is such a shame it is just left to go to weeds as it could be a great bonus. There is nowhere to sit outside. The double bedroom was fine. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. The aerial appeared to be split between a number of properties. There was a terrible smell of drains and presumably this was ongoing as there was a bottle of drain unblocker in the cupboard. We managed to deal with this ourselves. One of the knobs on the hob was broken. The skirting fell off when we walked by. It was all just a bit tired and miserable and not like the photos. I did contact a member of the team as I couldn’t access an email with the access code in and she was very helpful. She also offered help re the drains. When I couldn’t find bedding she also helped abs that is appreciated. This isn’t somewhere I would choose, with hindsight, to come with family but perhaps it is more aimed at people passing through on business.

There was too much light coming in the master bedroom. It made it hard to sleep in the early morning, because the sun rose about 5am. Need curtains in the master room.
