The location was perfect for our needs as it gave us easy access to the hospital, local shops and the ring road. We visited the City centre by bus which took approximately 15 minutes. The bus service was excellent. The house was cosy and warm in a very quiet residential area.

Owner was very helpful and rental went off very smoothly.
Good size house: Three good bedrooms. Lounge comfortable - good television, and decent amount of space in the kitchen/dining area (we were 5 adults and 1 baby). Nice little garden where you can sit weather permitting.
We were very comfortable - excellent beds.
Although away from the centre of town, very well placed for access (bus stop very close by, 10 minute walk to Headington). Post office and shops very close by for necessities. So I good for visiting Oxford.
There were works going on right next to the house at the time, but of course they are only temporary so will not be an issue in future.
Minor detail: There could be a few more utensils in the kitchen (e.g. veg peeler)

The property was comfortable enough with two bathrooms it suited a group of 7. The bed was very comfortable and clean. There’s wifi and TV which is good if you have children. It has a carpark which can accommodate 2 cars however, you need to be very careful to back out from the property as there was a lot of cars parked out in the road that makes it harder to get out.The host was very polite and pleasant and easy to contact. They attend to our request immediately.
The kitchen utensils / fridge needs cleaning. I found the kettle uncomfortable to use, I descaled it myself. There were glasses that clearly have been used in the bathroom and one that has a cracked. There were only 2 forks and felt they didn’t pay attention to details as there were 7 guests coming. The bath leaked which flooded the whole bathroom. Some of the lampshades has no working bulbs. However, we enjoyed our little break to oxford and I am sorry to share this review but I think it is needed.
