A great stay

This was my second stay, and once again it was spotless and had all the things I needed for a comfy stay. The bed was comfy and I got a great nights sleep as it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting oxford

Cracking little place for a short stay just outside Oxford

The location was just what we wanted and the room was a nice little self-contained bubble.

Some external lights would help as I was scrabbling round a bit to find the key safe and get to the door. The host had forgot the towels. They did apologise and didn’t cause too much of an issue.

Very clean but small space

Very clean

no TV , felt a little uneasy with the connection to the main house, it was curtained up somehow didn't feel self contained and totally private, couldn't stay for more than one night it was a small space .please park at the property and get a taxi into oxford, ulez zones and high parking tarrifs means this is the best way to explore the local area , 15mins journey one way by uber with traffic congestion. If you want a base location very clean with no thrills then this is the place to stay. Check in was an easy process the owners were very helpful, key pad and code provided on the day of arrival.

Was very cosy and comfortable to stay in, the location for me was good as it was not far from oxford where i needed to work.

Only that it was cold when I first arrived but once the heading was on it was much more comfortable

Lovely well appointed bijou property

The room was bijou and very well appointed. Great care and thought to what guests may need. Even fresh milk, bottled water and a nice coffee making option. Even cutlery available.

In headington area, taxis/uber now use the ring road as limitations on Cowley road.

A fab place to stay, would use again!

The room is really well stocked with things you could need like toothbrushes, cereal, tea and coffee. The bed was really comfortable, and the place was spotless.

Was slightly confusing to find the door to the room (you basically enter the backgarden) and the room got quite warm in the night, but was easy to amend by opening the doors.

Comfortable room, great shower. Some nice touches like quality shower gel/shampoo and fresh milk (sounds basic but other places don’t provide it). Quiet location. Near CS. Lewis’ historic home.

Homely room with good facilities

It was compact and Bijou, but some nice touches like slippers, ear buds, make up remover pads, coffee machine and cereal. Shower was fantastic and bathroom to a good standard.

Not so much a dislike, but be aware property is the back of someone’s house near a pub - although on a Friday night pub was closed when I returned at 10.30am……

Cosy & Comfortable room

The place was very clean, modern and comfortable. You could tell the host had put a lot of thought into making the stay as comfortable as possible by including so many different amenities (such as a fridge, freezer, tooth brushes, slippers and breakfast cereals) and decorating the room tastefully.

The room has a double door that connects to the inside of the house. I would've preferred if it had a visible padlock from our side to prevent anyone from entering into the room. The doors were locked but it still felt a bit exposed.

Adorable annex. Perfectly clean, modern bedroom and bathroom, with many little extras to make us feel welcome (chocolate bars, toiletries, coffee pods) For a reasonably priced annex it really does have everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, mini fridge and freezer, powerful shower. Felt very welcome 🤗

Beautiful and very clean. Lovely gesture of coffee, choice of tea's, and cereal plus added chocolate biscuits. Bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom facilities are fantastic.

Unable to regulate heating in the room. The room and bathroom were very cold in the evenings and early mornings.

Bright, well equipped modern room with garden access

Fab well equipped, private entrance. This room is a lot more than expected. Garden access through double patio doors, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Fridge . Tea . Coffee and cereal supplied for you to use Fantastic shower , hot and powerful. A modern bathroom. A lot of planning went into setting this room up for guests. It's got everything and more than you would expect for the price . Free parking on street and a shop and pub nearby. A credit to the host who clearly cares about their guests experience.

Ideal for short stay for either visiting Oxford City or the local hospitals.

The property was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast supplies adequate. The microwave was a bonus. There is garden will be nice in the warmer weather ! There is a pub serving Indian food within 50 yards and the bus stop for the city centre is also within 50 yards. Within easy access of the Churchill and Nuffield Hospitals

It was fine, nothing we did not like …. We would recommend this venue and are likely to rebook.

Mycket väl utrustat, välstädat, nytt och fräscht viss frukostmat ingick(!) Läget nära the Kilns, supermarkets och lokal pub/restaurang tvärs över gatan. Trots läget i utkanten av d tre Ann var det rätt goda bussförbindelser
