Everything was very well explained by our host upon arrival. We had the ground-floor of a house and it was nice, clean and spacious. It was well located in a safe neighbourhood and easily accessible to amenities, it is also close to Oxford.
Some little things, like the bathroom was humid, and there wasn't any washing machine.

A decent size apartment which is reasonably well kitted out for a short stay. It has potential to be a good value for money space if the negatives are adressed.
Sadly, the apartment was not as clean as we would expect - we travel a lot and most places we stay in are spotless. We cleaned the toilet ourselves when we arrived and the back garden was covered in cigarette ends. There was also a large area of mould in the bathroom that needs addressing. We did write to the owner about these things but had no reply. We then contacted Booking.com and were told we could leave a review. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Place very nice and confortable
It was extremely difficult to find ways to extend our stay 1 more day. It took a long time to find a Booking phone number where to find the answer. We would have expected the host could provide us an effective phone number, but she just insisted to contact Booking.com

Nearly new, ground floor location in a quiet housing estate suited us just fine as it was near to the places we needed to visit.
No micro wave-safe receptacles as Ikea stuff is not, unless labelled as such we have found, and most plastic ware is not safe.

Felt clean and new. Lovely decor. Sunny garden space straight out from patio doors. Main living area felt spacious and comfortable for 4 of us on a short break away. Off street parking no problem if bringing more than 1 car.
Nothing. Could maybe do with more seating for the garden as 2 chairs but sleeps 4.
