Location, cleanliness, facilities like coffee machine and HUGE tv!!
Great communication with owner, wasn’t get in once I found it!
I managed to find the second entrance to the block and couldn’t find key box till a neighbour pointed out there was a door off the car parking bit. A tip off about that would be handy!
Cushions on the sofa would make it much more comfy.
Bedding was a bit scratchy for me. (But bed comfy)
Tap in kitchen needs some attention as it sprays about a bit.
I think lounge would be nicer with some soft lamps. The overheads are too bright
All minor issues though!
