Great location and comfortable beds but the hosts need to change cleaners

Cleanliness. The host did offer to fix the issue but the smell of the property was very strong and would need a good clean to remove.

Great location for see Oxford

Location was excellent, easy access to the bus to downtown. Comfortable bed. Wifi was ok 65mbps/15mbps, could have been faster for multiple people working remotely. However, we just had to adjust larger uploads due to the limited upload speed. We didn't have any issues with it, just faster uploads would have been nice.

The parking space is small, but this is normal for this style of place in the UK. The freezer was dirty. The host responded quickly and offered to have it cleaned. We weren't using it, so it wasn't an issue for us during our stay.

Plenty of space. Good layout. Beds ok.

Absolutely stank of cigarette smoke. Like really really bad. I think you need to take more action than pots of baking soda! Shower is terrible.

It was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. They were nice enough to leave some unopened milk in refrigerator. Some cereal in canisters. And instant coffee.

Parking was very difficult. The unit we were assigned was Very scented. I am allergic to scented laundry products which were used in the bedding- our pajamas smelled like the bedding until I washed them elsewhere. There was also scented air. We opened windows etc. I reacted to these scents and am still not well 4 days later. Specify if you have allergies before considering this booking. We stayed in other places with no problems. The gold accents like pillows and throw rugs made the unit appear dated. Entry area needed vacuuming as well as stairs.

Spacious apartment in a quiet location a short drive away for Oxford centre, comfy beds, reasonably equipped kitchen, TV with various streaming options.

Spacious and clean 2 bdrm flat - with stairs

Clean, tidy and spacious. Parking on-site was handy.. The bus into Oxford was a short walk.

Stairs! It would be good for properties to advise about the stairs. This was not an issue for me as I have had both knees replaced and someone to help carry my bags up the flight of stairs, but anyone with hip or knee problems may struggle. We couldn't access the outside rubbish bins,. We only had a short stay, so people staying longer should be advised on where to put the rubbish, or given a key to the outside bin area.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The second shower isn’t really a shower, but a tub. The place is clean but the smoke and odors from neighbors was persistent and a challenge.

Perfect accommodation to explore Oxford

Very comfortable apartment on the outskirts of Oxford. The bus stop takes you into town in about 20 minutes. The nearest park is 15 minutes walking. Noise from the street was hardly noticsble. Bedropene are at the back. The well equipped kitchen was a big plus. Free parking spot included too. And last but not least great value compared to other alternatives we looked at in Oxford.

I had a lovely stay here. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. Tastefully decorated with good facilities. Free parking was a bonus point. The host was very helpful with our enquiries and assisted us as much as they could.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Good location for getting into Headington and Oxford. Although near the road was quiet and bedrooms are at the back of the property. It was very helpful to have information prior to arrival on parking.

It might be helpful to give instructions as to where to find the key box as we hunted around for a little while to find it.

Bedding was wonderful, kitchen was stocked, quiet and dark drapes for great sleep.

Highly recommend

Excellent apartment. Clean, everything we needed was in place. A home from home! Great communication with owners. Brilliant location. Safe parking and free wi-fi are a must for us and this delivered. Left the car and jumped on the bus almost outside the front door, straight into the centre of Oxford. But then when we wanted to take the car and explore the surrounding areas we were perfectly positioned to do so. We highly recommended this to all.

Family journey at Oxford-Headington

Location was perfect for our needs, in Oxford Headington. Bus stop few steps ahead, including Tube for London and Heatrhow airport transfer. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Nothing went really wrong, I warmly suggest this solution.

Not so clear the rules for garbage selection (how plastic, paper, glass, metal,... had to be collected). I suggest filling the red "Wellcome book" with a specific instruction sheet.

Satisfied, but for an unpleasant neighbour at the property.

I am familiar with the area and generally like to stay in this part of Oxford. McDonald's is just next door (2-3 minute walk), so that's convenient when you want a quick bite. Wifi was down, but the host preempted us early, and tried to fix the problem as soon as possible. Host also tries to be helpful and was prompt in responding to queries.

Unpleasant neighbour living at the same apartment block. The resident was obviously frustrated with the parking situation within the property. I tried to help this person with her parking situation even though it was late, but judging from her reaction towards me, she clearly didn't appreciate any of my help. I have lived in Oxford for years before, but this is the first time I have ever experience such behaviour here. For those driving, especially if you have a big car, note that parking spaces are tight at the property, and it's almost impossible to manoeuvre one's car once inside the carpark. In fact, I had to reverse my car from the main service road into the carpark, so that I would be able to get into the parking lot. Lastly, this wasn't a problem for me, but do take note if you have a lot of heavy luggage, the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

The property was in easy access to the university and parking on site was easy.

The entrance to the building was dirty and had a bad odour. The communal area was not regularly maintained and door handle in the property were not cleaned from the previous guests.
