The flat was a good size and great to have two beds and two bathrooms for two friends. Location was good. Beds were comfy. Nice touch leaving tea and coffee plus a pint of milk and breakfast cereals. Leave your car and you can catch the bus into Oxford. £5 return per person.
The block did smell of curry, but not too unpleasant. There are cobwebs behind the doors and above the kitchen cabinets. Obviously only parking for one car. So parked on the street but got a note on my car, I presume from the residents saying 'we should use the park and ride'.

Location was excellent, easy access to the bus to downtown.
Comfortable bed.
Wifi was ok 65mbps/15mbps, could have been faster for multiple people working remotely. However, we just had to adjust larger uploads due to the limited upload speed. We didn't have any issues with it, just faster uploads would have been nice.
The parking space is small, but this is normal for this style of place in the UK. The freezer was dirty. The host responded quickly and offered to have it cleaned. We weren't using it, so it wasn't an issue for us during our stay.

Cleanliness. The host did offer to fix the issue but the smell of the property was very strong and would need a good clean to remove.
