Clean and well presented but a bit out of the way.

Spacious and elevated off the road. Car parking included.

Difficult check in as they use their own app and they sent me the owner link not the guest link. Brusque on the phone. Did not understand I had to turn on my Aussie mobile to talk to them at some cost. Advertised as here hospitals but actually 25 mins by bus to John Radcliffe

Comfy and close to bus stop

Close to bus stop, good wifi, good space for a couple, comfortable facilities, responsive staff. We forgot something and had to go back after check out. They responded quickly, and we got it sorted fast.

The bathroom sink is a jet that sprays everywhere. Couldn't use it without getting your shirt wet. Didn't know there was an early check in fee until we arrived, but we didn't follow up prior to arrival, so it was what it was.

Perfect for our requirements

Bright and not too cluttered. Easy to walk to the Nuffield Orthopaedic hospital had to extend our stay, this was made very easy- thank you

The stay was great.

The location was perfect. Close to the city center. The flat is well furnished with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The out of hours customer service agent was very helpful and kind.

I wish they could tell you before you book that you have to pay a £250 deposit. They wait until you have paid then send you a message asking for the deposit. Also It's not ideal for last minute booking because they have do verifications before sending you access codes.

I wouldn’t call it as not liking. These are some feedback for management to consider to improve. 1. Stayed for two weeks. It would have been nice to have some cleaning/housekeeping at the end of one week. 2. Mattress and pillows weren’t very comfortable. Could feel the mattress springs. Needs a change. 3. Also- it would have been helpful if someone was able to guide us and show around house (at check in) about using the equipment provided. We come from different countries and things are so different. It took a while to figure out everything including locking the main door. I would still consider staying here given another opportunity.

It was as advertised, we had the whole flat to ourselves. Had all that we need. Very nice property. Booking team are very accommodating and they patiently answered all my questions. Had issue paying for deposit but they sorted it out ok.

Nothing much about the property or the booking team. It’s the overall process they impose before check-in, I think it needs to be improved to make it easier or simpler for everyone. It was a bit of a hassle having to complete everything. Information on deposit should be placed on the Description about the property and not hidden away on the important information bit. There was a delay on deposit refund which I had to chase, but got it as promised. But I think they need to be more proactive on this as it’s still 250£.

Location and parking very good. Fixtures and fittings in good order and well cleaned.

Location for Oxford hospital excellent. Only 5 minutes drive away

apartment hadnt been cleaned when we arrived at the correct time. Phone calls to the 'team' gave us several different stories about why it wasnt ready. Keys not left, yes they were because we got in and the cleaner had her own key etc. Cleaner did turn up and as she spoke no English was not able to explain why they were late so we went out for a couple of hours to give them a chance to do their job, which they did very well no complaints there just not enough clarity from the office side or help or advice as to what we were to do.

Water not flowing well in the bathtub and I read someone complained in his review when booking for my stay thought it should have been fixed. Not even one roll of tissue paper. No complimentary water.

The property was very good with an outside terrace and accessibility to services and groceries is a major plus. The staff was friendly and reachable

The absence of a dishwasher was a minus. And the fact that we arrived in the midst of a heat wave with only fans was also a minus, but outside of the hottest days in the summer Im sure its perfect

Pleasant

The amount of space was great.

The place needs a bit of tlc, I took photos of the welcoming sight of the entrance hallway which looked like someone has kicked a whole in the wall. The heating couldn't be switched off in the bedrooms, despite it being the height of summer so it was far too hot. Lots of scuff marks, loose fittings etc.
