Clean, open, great outlook. Good facilities and couldn’t open up the windows to draw through a breeze. Staff were most helpful in facilitating a later booking due to email being down.

Nothing was lacking.

Spacious apartment with balcony, easy access to ring road.

Lock box difficult to open (aren't they always?), check in/check out procedures unnecessarily complicated, begrudged paying a large security deposit & having to wait for a refund, £85 cleaning fee a bit much considering how much 'cleaning up' is expected of guests, balcony furniture rusty & uncomfortable.

The overall flat was very clean, the washing machine works brilliantly. There isn’t any AC but we were on the top floor so we had a balcony and all the windows open properly. After going through the stress of checking in the access to the building was very simple. When we arrived there was an arrivals pack which was helpful, there is a small shop 2 minutes away to grab some milk especially if you arrive late on a Sunday! The bus stop is very close and the buses are nice and regular into the city centre. We were given a complimentary late check out at 1pm which was good.

You’ll be asked to pay a security deposit of £250, I hadn’t realised this would be so high which was a surprise given we already paid for a lot of money for the flat. I’m currently waiting on the money to return to my account, you are asked to do a good clean before leaving which I did understand. You will need to complete an online arrival information, I only got this via a link the day before as I called them asking for this. If you are staying as a couple you’ll need to put your partners name down even though that says it’s optional. On arrival to the flat it was boiling hot inside and we discovered that the radiator in the bedroom was on full whack, we were unable to turn that radiator down resulting in my partner and I sleeping in the sitting room for the night as it was cooler in there. A maintenance man did attend on the Monday but that was following numerous phone calls, emails and videos to get them to attend. The internet only worked for 2 of the 4 days we were there, I did raise this to the company and it did work for one of the two days mentioned then it stopped. We were given a commentary late check out which was great, but this wasn’t communicated to the cleaner who was surprised that we were still there when she came to clean. The apartment is nice but it’s dated and you can see that, the shower really needs to be replaced. With the way the U.K. is going it might be worth investing in some AC units.
