Crescent Road, Oxford, Luxury 2 Bed Apartment with Gated Parking

The property was very nice. Good facilities in the kitchen. Both beds were comfortable. The main bathroom was good. The owner responded very quickly to queries which was very helpful.

The instructions arrived late. It wasn't easy to find the gate key from the description sent by email. The heating instructions also weren't clear. The temperature gauge for the shower in the ensuite was very difficult to move. It would be better to give a choice of harder and softer pillows in the main bedroom. The quilt cover for the single bed seemed old. The flat would benefit from a newer sofa and armchair.

Great power shower and lovely big towels. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location. Responsive hosts. Very secure. Plenty of parking space.

The door lock was a bit tricky until you got to know it!

Sharon, our host, was very nice and responded to any questions immediately. The apartment is very nice, spotlessly clean, compact and modern and proved to be ideal for our purposes on a short 3/4 day stay. Perfect location for Oxford as well as all of the attractions within a short drive. Used the busses to travel into Oxford City as they passed within a short walk from the door. Only a 20 minute trip. Good security. Felt very comfortable leaving the car there. Would certainly consider a return visit, and recommend without reservation.
