Florence Park stretches out right beyond your front door - its mature trees shifting from deep summer green into the first russet hints of early autumn, the paths quiet and unhurried in a way that feels increasingly rare this close to a city. This three-bedroom home in Cowley sits in one of Oxford's most characterful residential neighbourhoods, with the independent cafés, bookshops, and restaurants of Cowley Road within an easy walk. Inside, there's genuine warmth here: rooms that invite you to slow down, a kitchen set up for proper cooking, and evenings that have somewhere worth spending them.
Living space
The sitting room earns its keep. A dedicated movie theater setup with TV and sound system gives evenings a focal point worth staying in for - whether that's a film the whole group agrees on or background noise while the kids wind down. Books, reading material, and board games offer a quieter rhythm when the day calls for it. A dedicated workspace and WiFi mean those folding working hours into their stay can do so without compromise.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to five guests. The main bedroom holds a king bed, the second a double, and the third a single - well suited to a child or a solo traveller rounding out the group. All rooms are dressed with cotton bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades. Air conditioning, portable fans, and central heating mean temperature is never a negotiation, whatever the weather outside decides to do.

A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and bread maker are all here, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a baking sheet, and a dining table to gather around at the end of it. Coffee is provided, so the first morning starts without any effort required.

One bathroom serves the home, fitted with a bathtub, bidet, hair dryer, and a full set of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. An outdoor shower is also available for returning guests who've come in from the garden or the lake path.
Outdoor living
The backyard opens onto a patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill - an easy setting for an autumn afternoon that stays mild enough to stay outside a little longer than expected. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, offering a calm and genuinely peaceful spot away from the city's usual pace.

Our approach is both entrepreneurial and innovative, fostering a melting pot of ideas and culture, from grassroots projects to internationally represented galleries.
We have now taken this project to Oxford.
