The owner upgraded its to a room with an en suite.
The bus stop into Oxford is very close by and the return stop is right outside the door.
Sainsbury's supermarket is walking distance, approx 1 km away.
The room is quiet with a good view and sheep in the far paddock.
There is car parking on the property at the front which is a huge bonus. We left it there and used buses into town.
Yes, the water flow in the shower is not great but quite sufficient to wash yourself.
The tap water is not good so you need to buy your own bottled water. There is a fridge

The room faced the Iffley Road, we had to keep the windows shut at night because of road noise; it was during the heatwave and therefore uncomfortable.
