it was a very nice stay and only a short walk to the bus station taking you straight to the city centre, all the kitchen facilities you could need for a stay even including a hair dryer, i stayed for 2 weeks and definitely enjoyed it and was one of the best options compared to the other ones in Oxford since alot of the other places you find would be shared for this price but this one has a private kitchen and bathroom.

Very spacious for 4 adults having 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and apart from the days the hot water and heating wouldn't work the showers were hot. The staff were helpful and available for support on this occasion. Close to a main road so an easy bus or taxi into city centre.
Very basically furnished. No towel rails or heating in second bathroom, no shower shelves or hanging hooks in the bathrooms or rooms.No mirror in second bathroom.. Broken frame for clothes to dry ,needing coat hangers hung on frame. Inadequate to dry all clothes and towels. Staying 8 nights compounded this problem. Only 1 bedside lamp. No dryer. No shower wash provided.No coffee maker( only kettle).

Excellent location, on bus route into City. Flat very spacious for three. Garden area a lovely bonus.
A late change of Entry Code was confusing. Flat could have benefited from extra hooks on doors and neither bathroom had toilet roll holders. Basic information, including WIFI code could have been more readily available.

Lots of space and very clean
Provided with incorrect key safe code which left us stranded for about 40 minutes. No hot water for our stay (very cold showers) despite the host trying to resolve the problem.
