The Design of the Kitchen and the bathroom

The utensils wasn’t clean, the kitchen equipment were worn out. The bathroom tiles also did not look clean. The rug flooring was a bit sticky does not feel clean. I booked for 5 nights but they only provide one 50ml of shampoo/bath soap.

Ensuite shower leaked unable to use. No plug for bath unable to use. No cleaning products in kitchen. Not enough crockery very bad change over no eye for detail considering you paying top money would not return. No offer of compensation.

Unmaintained and clearly not cleaned regularly or sufficiently. Management of the property were unhelpful and only tried to provide assistance on the penultimate day of our stay - and only offered to clean if we showed them what was dirty. Main bathroom shower floods and the extractor didn’t work so it gets incredibly steamy, necessitating opening of a window - however only the bottom window opens exposing you to the neighbours. Also - the towels were all tiny

A walk into Oxford and a very spacious pleasant stay in this modern well equipped house.

As lovely modern home with everything we needed for 5 adults

We had to wash up pots and pans before using them as they weren’t very clean. We also blew a fuse when everything was plugged in and had to find the fuse. We called the hosts but didn’t receive an answer. It was about 10 pm.

Really lovely and modern house. Had everything we needed. Really quiet location and easy location to walk into Oxford city centre. We'll definitely be back :)

The cleaning didn't do the house justice. There was tobacco left on the dining table, marks and spillages on the kitchen countertop, the hoover was left out and the living space looked a bit lived in. Would be good to have bin liners in the house.

Not value for money. Feels like you’re moving into your student mate’s pad for the weekend

Parking is prominently advertised which assume comes with the property until you find out there are limitations (2 hour bays or £15/day parking nearby which isn’t guaranteed). False advertising in my view. We found a dirty nappy (neatly folded but discarded) behind the top floor bedroom door. There were streamers on the carpets around the house. The oven was dirty. There were incomplete sets of glasses (four is inadequate if you’re advertising three double bedrooms). No instructions provided for TV or washing machine. One tea towel only in the kitchen. No hand towel or soap in downstairs toilet. No hairdryer. The place looked and felt lived in.
