We love the location. We love the 3 bedrooms. We love the multiple loos and bathrooms. We live the bath.
The shower in the en-suite needs repairing. Water gushed from the hose. Soft furnishings are tatty and old now and need replacing. Towels were old and needed replacing. Only a few cups left now in the cupboard. Overhaul of the crockery etc is needed. No hot water for 24 hours. Was fixed but too late as it was time to leave.

Thank you. We loved the location and the convenience. It was spacious and had all the amenities for a successful stay. Great to find hairdryer and dishwasher. Check in was easy and the communication was excellent. The flat was warm and comfortable. Cleaning prior to arrival had been completed
Some parts of the property are looking tired and lots of scuffed paint. The property was well presented on arrival with definite cleaning but the whole place could do with a deep clean and fresh paint. This would super enhance this property

Very clean with all you need. The house is very well located house between 'down the hill' (historical, old buildings from the University) and 'up the hill' (more recent research centres from the University) regions of Oxford.

Excellent location, big enough for our group. Quiet and easily accessible.
It missed attention to detail, spider in the bathroom, dead wasp on one of the blinds and one of the bedsheets had mould marks. While it was perfectly functional and served our purposes it was not in any way special which given the price was a shame.
