The home is in a quiet residential area offering the closeness to Oxford city centre.
The ground floor has an open floor living-dining-kitchen area with patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay in Oxford, including a utility cupboard with washing machine. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor.
The remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floors of the home. The home benefits from a rear garden with seating.

-Double bedroom with double bed with reading lights, chest of drawers and cupboard for clothing storage.
-Double room with bunk beds ( 2 x single beds).
-Bathroom fitted with a bath with overhead shower, wash basin and WC.
Stairs lead up to the second floor:
-Double bedroom with double bed, dedicated work desk and an en-suite wet room with shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside area:
-Rear garden with seating.
Other information:
-No parking available although there are a small number of 2 hour roadside spaces within 500 metres of the home.
-Wi-Fi included.
