Spotlessly clean, really well stocked with useful things, fabulous layout with 4 good sized bedrooms.
Parking is tight for 3 cars, although plenty of roadside parking.

Our stay was wonderful. Having a bathroom and toilet in every bedroom—and even one in the living room—was incredibly convenient. The garden was absolutely lovely and such a relaxing place to spend time. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Whenever I visit Oxford, I will definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Comfortable all ensuite bedrooms.
Luxurious bedding, towels,window blinds apart from top storey bedroom.
Tasteful decor, including silk flower arrangements and pictures
Quiet suburban location.
Nearby Aldi and regular public transport into Oxford city centre.
Lack of comfortable sitting space in small lounge area with inadequate lighting but realise that was the price we paid for number of bedrooms. It was adequate for 4 people but would have been in
adequate for 4 couples..
Outside garden area made up for it providing ample seating area with comfortable furniture.

Just outside congestion zone, easy parking for 3 cars. Bus stop into town not far away.
Beds not very comfortable. Upstairs door locked itself and we couldn't get hold of the owner for a while to get it sorted. Caused a lot of stress as we had to get to the harry potter tour at a certain time that day. Perhaps those lock instructions could be made available as part of the welcome info.
Some ensuites were very small.
