Fabulous comfy place to stay.

After a last minute let down by another property in Oxford this one was booked in a mad panic. What a find! The interior is roomy, modern and very comfortable. Ideal for our group. There’s everything you need for a short stay, two bathrooms and a sofa bed. The bonus was, there’s a McDonalds almost next door and a very short walk to the park and ride. I’d definitely stay there again.

The communal hallways and stairs need a blooming good hoover! Perhaps when booking there could be an option for more than one car.

Property was good for the 4 adults 2 separate bathrooms made it easy Bus stop at the front door made it easy to get in to the city center Overall had a good stay

Very clean, convenient for what we needed. It's quite far from the city centre if that is your reason for staying here, but the bus stops nearby

Location is next to a dual carriageway and the area is not great. Apartment is very small - fine if you just need to sleep here. I also did not like having to pay a £250 deposit.

Lobby area and stairway really scruffy and dirty. Apartment needs redecorating as there was visible signs of dirt and scuff marks. Only a bed sofa to sit on for 4 people, had to use wooden dining chairs

It was at the rear of the property so quiet. Good location for amenities and bus stops. Nice spaciouse app but only seating for really for 2 people, so we were ok. Communication good but way too many messages constantly for sucha short stay, could be condensed a little. All in all would recommend. 4 stars.

Too many emails, had to keep trawling to get the important stuff. Cant fault the appartment and cleanliness but initial impression on arrival was a little concerning as not very inviting but once inside all very good. All in all would recommend.

An experience I will not repeat.

1- Very bad odor in the 1st bathroom that lasted all one week of our stay. 2- Loud cracking sound floor when walking on it. 3- TV not working properly. 4- Very poor internet. 5- Beds are not comfortable and make loud cracking noise when turning on the bed. 6- Setting in living room not comfortable. 7- They make you clean the property before you leave or you won’t get your deposit. 8- Release of deposit takes 3 days after you leave.

Nice and relaxing but the rush to leave on checkout day was not ideal

Location was excellent, the apartment was spacious

There were a new crop of guests who seemed to always get noisy in the hallways, sometimes in the evenings which was not ideal. We also asked for a late checkout, just 2 hours and considering we arrived after 20:00 hours on our check-in day , and we were travelling back to a foreign country, should not have been declined, speaks to whether this inflexibility will work for us in the future or whether we would recommend the apartments to friends and family

Cigarette butts in the hallway, smelled like smoke. Kitchen was tiny, large fridge not working, left dishwasher tablet for us but there was no dishwasher. Apartment not clean, hairs in the bathroom. TV not working in bunk bed room.

Don’t feel like we got what we paid for. I will be making a complaint further.

No breakfast provided. Location was about the only good thing.

The sofa bed was full of crumbs and a half eaten biscuit. I slept on the floor and then another girl on the floor which is not what we paid for! Absolutely appalling and disgusting. The small in the room was horrible all over and the block itself wasn’t a nice smell.

The apartment was perfect in almost every way. Bedrooms were lovely, beds very comfy. Bathrooms were great, showers excellent and bath much appreciated. It was lovely and clean. Tea, coffee, coffee machine and tea towels etc, towels, loo rolls and toiletries all provided, lovely. Staff when contacted were lovely, friendly and helpful. It was close to park and ride into Oxford and close to main road so easy for travelling elsewhere.

It was for 6 people but only had 1 two seater sofa(sofa bed) in the lounge, there was space for more furniture. The apartment we booked showed an armchair too, which at least gave another comfy seat. We were moved to another apartment as original one unavailable due to a long booking. We were told new apartment the same but no photos sent just information. I phoned on arrival and was told that this new apartment was bigger in the lounge but no more chairs. It was I have to say a huge disappointment. There were 3 of us so had to use the dining chairs too. Not very relaxing. Fortunately there were not 6 people as that would have been terrible! Also fine for us but dining table only had 4 seats. Would 2 people have to stand to eat? Fridge tiny but we coped as ate out mostly. Communal halls and stairs rather dirty and messy too.

Nice Apartment, not a great deal close by but found a nice pub within a 20 minute walk.

There was no cutlery at the location so despite appliances, kitchen etc we couldn't really cook or make any food.

We were misled by photos of the penthouse apartment then given an inferior one. It appeared the apartment had been cleaned a long time ago so it was quite filty. The hosts had it re-cleaned but only on the afternoon of our departure

The apartment was a dirty and worn. There was no dishwasher, due to which previous visitors had left greasy dishes in the cupboards. The kitchen cabinets were confused. There is no information on how to regulate the heating. Neighbours smoking in front of the house, under the windows.

Size was good, good facilities, good distance from Oxford. Communal areas in apartment clean, linen fresh. Good parking

Constant email and text contact! 42 messages of correspondence since booking between Booking.com and Razia apartments! It meant I missed an important email about payment last week. Mostly the apartment was clean but there was hair on then toilet and shower. Stairs and landings were messy and dirty. No mention of the fact the apartments were on a main road Finer details of preparation were looked over, i.e. bed not completely made, toilet rolls incomplete, balcony covered in weeds and moss

Absolutely awful experience

Large enough to accommodate big groups.

The staff didn’t take our security deposit prior to us arriving so we were left standing out in the cold and rain for two hours. When we did get in it was unclean. Found a pubic hair in the fridge. Staff were unhelpful. Spent ages on the phone with them for them to shift blame onto us. They spent the rest of the weekend calling and emailing me harassing me, so I couldn’t enjoy the stay at all. The cleaning company rushed us out early when leaving. When we complained at the end of the stay via booking.com they were unhelpful and asked for photographic or otherwise evidence of all of the faults of the place. Then refused to help or do anything to compensate us.
