Nice stay

The property was nicely decorated and well equipped.

Some bits could have done with better cleaning before we arrived (e.g. Stove, oven), but overall the apartment was clean and comfortable to stay in.

The bed was comfortable the shower over the bath was ok.

Badly maintain the sofa had two big splits on it the coffee table was damaged the iron was not usable something burnt all on it there was wight marks or stains on chairs and cushions don't want to think what they are old cup marks on all the bed side tables and a layer of dust nearly every where contacting owner was not good she offered to send cleaners in but that would not fix the damaged furniture it should of been done before I arrived so I send it was ok this was no where near what I expected.

Utterly horrendous

That we arrived to an utterly filthy house (28 hours after my original check in time, so there was NO excuse for this), a rude and unresponsive host, I asked for compensation of my money as I had to incur additional costs to find alternate accomodation (we did not stay a single night) and all that happened was that I was ignored. My husband, baby, and I have been traveling Europe for the past 5 months and have not experienced such abysmal accommodation and assistance until now. I would never recommend staying here purely based on the lack of support we received. A disgraceful display of greed and utter lack of care.

Disgraceful experience

Room was a disgusting mess when we arrived at 3pm check in. had not been cleaned since previous guests. Rotten milk, food on floors, no towels, linen, beer cans pizza. Host Sophie NEVER answered the phone listed as contact number. She says she does not answer her phone or take voice mail or txt. So we were stuck out in the cold trying to find an internet connection to get her via a browser. Walls had rotten mould - see photos

Perfect place to crash after a long day at a music festival so much better than camping

A great place to stay. Recommended!

This flat was really very good! Spotlessly clean and fresh. The location is quiet and an easy walk into the historic town of Abingdon and its restaurants, and the buses into Oxford run regularly from the top of the road. Ample parking off the road.

A chest of drawers or a clothes rail in the big bedroom would have been useful. The smaller bedroom was fine. Just a comment, not a complaint!
