Lovely stay in well-equipped apartment

The location is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped

Picking up the key at short walk away from the apartment was a little inconvenient. The advantage was that check-in time was flexible. Car park in the underground parking garage is very expensive. There are frequent buses to a Park-and-ride just outside Oxford, that worked well.

There was an issue with receiving the code , typically they will send you a code for check in , they will send you the code few days before you arrive. You will go into a supermarket, you give them the code and they give you the key . This is inconvenient because the too locations are across from each other and 15 minutes walking apart . Plus the fact that I was left in the street due to an issue they had for nearly 2 hours because the code didn’t work and the supermarket wont give me the keys !

Nice clean room at good location.

Good place for family to spent time together and convenience to an airport by bus with many luggages.

This may help all parties. Better planning for arriving time, key collecting and check in time. Guest already complained about key collection place not at apartment and answer may be it was clear message published. Other issue was time to collect. Even opening time said early morning till midnight, Better plan to visit key collection place after check in time. Staff may told you to come back later due to code not correct or key not be released due to check in time or room cleaning in process( I tried 4 times).

We enjoyed our stay

Location was excellent, the flat was well equipped and practical. Lots of restaurants on your doorstep and also Tesco/Sainsbury's nearby.

As it is in a very central area with the Gloucester Green market right in front, it can get noisy.

Bad

The owners let a previous guest overstay their allotted time and as a result cancelled my entire stay. It took 3 hours to sort out what happened and rather than honor my reservation the let the other guests stay an extra day (which should have been mine) and cancelled my reservation. I was left completely in the lurch trying to find accommodations for 3 days in Oxford. I would NOT recommend these people - very unscrupulous and dishonorable. Beware. The same could happen to you.

This place is very central and convenenient but is also very loud, quite uncomfortable and not great value

The place is right in the middle of Oxford and close to everything, including bus and rail connections. It has been recently renovated and everything works. It has a complete kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. It is spacious and bright, with morning sun streaming in

although the location is central it is also extremely noisy. there are students partying outside the windows every night until alll hours and it is impossible to keep the noise out. The only good bed is the single in the bedroom. the other one is the IKEA foldout in the living room, which is where we had to stay as the parents. it is supremely uncomfortable (we used to own the exact same one for guests and for rid of it). You are provided with only two wafer-thin hard pillows which makes sleeping very difficult. strangely, there is also no TV in the place Considering this was relatively exownsive, we were expecting it to have more comforts

Great location for general amenities as its basically walking distance to most restaurants (except the best curry and Turjish restaurants houses on Cowley Road)

The square opposite can get very rowdy with drunks so make a note of this if you want to have a peaceful sleep

I found accomodation was unacceptable. I the process to the get the keys was horrendous. I was asked to pay a security deposit which I was only told about via email once the free cancellation process ended and I had paid. I had problems paying the security deposit online - i had not managed to pay untill we got there. You only get the how to collect the keys info once paid. It took and unaccceptable amount of time to get this money back. Had a very unwelcoming email about noise and how we would be asked to leave and then could not sleep for the parties around. The apartment had hard chairs which would have been ok but the futon bed the only comfy place to sit was broken. the ceiling lights did not work. Clearer communication would have helped alot.

Disappointing facilities.

Location is excellent and quiet. The flat had been cleaned and the towels and bedding were also clean.

There are many things that need revamping or sorting in the flat. For example, no toilet seat and some damp in bathroom, very dirty cutlery, old furniture, stains on futon matress and broken blinds. It just needs some attention and could be an excellent place to stay.

Situation au top : 10 min à pied de la gare et à 5 min des colleges, au pied d'un marché des créateurs. Nombreux restaurants à proximité et gare routière toute proche. Hôte hyper réactif : réponse en moins de 5 min. notes précises pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement (code wifi,dépliage du canapé, emplacement des poubelles ...)

canapé lit trop souple à notre goût. le revers de l'emplacement hyper central : des fétards alcoolisés sous les fenêtres au petit matin (une fois)

Ήταν στο κέντρο της πόλης και η πρόσβαση για όλα τα αξιοθέατα ήταν πολύ εύκολη. Υπήρχαν πολλά εστιατόρια κοντά, καφέ και σουπερμάρκετ. Στην πλατεία υπήρχε μια πολύ ωραία ανοιχτή αγορά.
