This was a lovely little apartment in a leafy suburb within walking distance of the university. The bed was really comfortable, the sofa-bed a comfy double, and the whole environment was quiet, calm, clean and well looked after. It was more spacious than expected, and the balcony was a bonus. Communication with the host was good. I'd happily stay here again.
Only trivial things - no pillowcases for the sofa bed (there were two on the main bed, plus cushions, so we were fine), no extractor fan in the loo.

Very comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Well equipped. Close to the bus or walk through the parks into the city. Easy to park. Quiet location. Little shop nearby for essentials. Very clean.
A washing up bowl or plug in the kitchen sink would have been useful.
