The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The host was super friendly and available when needed. She even called the morning of our arrival date to ensure we had what we needed upon arrival and to make sure we didn't have any questions. The bedrooms were large and having the extra half bath in the master was great. We felt safe and it was quiet at night. There is room to accommodate 6 adults. Large living room as well with 2 couches.
No fault of the host, but the only thing we didn't like is that it was upstairs. We both have knee problems and there were about 6 stairs to the front porch and then another 12 stairs up to the apartment.

The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped. Plenty of room for my family and dogs. They even had pet bowls for the dogs! The deck was gorgeous.
The instructions from the host on how to get in were lacking. When we asked for clarification on where to park and how to enter, we were given the answer, I provided you the instructions. Someone moved out of a parking spot and we just decided to try the door which lead us to the upstairs door. Simple communication would have made this much better. Stating both apartments use the same front door and once inside go to the upstairs apartment. And letting us know when the driveway became available to park at. After driving for 4 hours figuring out the puzzle was not what we wanted to do. Those little pieces of communication were all that was lacking.

The property itself was nice, clean and in a good area
It’s not that I didn’t like the host bc she was sweet it’s just odd how she came in the apartment and stayed awhile when we first got there and the second day as well. Not professional talk either it was more of on a “we had been best friends for years” conversations and for lengthy periods of time. The parking was odd, our second night we couldn’t get in the driveway and had to pull in the grass. As well as move our vehicle so she could get out of the driveway and it’s a single car driveway. She also knocked on our apartment door at 1:30 in the morning and I do not know why for I didn’t answer the door. I was a little worried honestly. My best friend that was with me is a nail tech and as soon as we got there on our first night she asked my bf if she would do her nails. My bf was like I don’t have my equipment and I’m on vacation with my best friend.
