We didn't get to eat any of the breakfast, they was very busy, we stood there for 20 mins, before I asked was anyone going to take our order. They wasn't taking anymore orders because it's was only one cook in the back. So we had to go elsewhere.

The way this hotel and room are decorated is out of this world and we loved it! So many cute details and all tie into Cincinnati’s history. The dinner was delicious, the Queen City burger was the best burger I have ever had. Great pool table too! Alyssa who checked us in when we arrived was fantastic! Also it is very close to the zoo, which is why we chose this hotel and for the interior design.

The morning staff at the front desk were not as welcoming as when we checked in the day before.

Better to hv rooms without carpet for hypoallergenic reasons, but i say the same for all hotels

1st of the all the staff was really pleasant. Every staff member we dealt with was helpful and seemed to really care about us. The decorations were colorful, pretty and pleasing to the eye, as expected from a Graduate. However, we did run into some issues

The room was having some kind of issue with condensation. Immediately upon entering the room my teenage daughter said the bedding felt 'wet'.. I thought it was just cold until I realized later when we crawled into bed it was in fact so damp my face was sticking to the pillow. Even our clothes that were left in the room while we went about our next day was damp to touch when came back. This was dissapointing as we reported the problem before leaving that morning and I'd hoped the air unit, if that was the problem, would have been fixed through the day. When arrived back at the hotel the next night I realized there had been no fix. I called to front desk and asked if there were notes on our room number and she said no but offered to move us to another room. At this point we were all exausted and my son had just gotten into the shower and we were checking out the next morning and as a tired momma I just didn't have it in me to pack up our room and kids at 11pm just to leave the next morning. The front staff lady was so apologetic and she really cared but stated since we booked through booking.com she couldn't adjust our room cost or do much other than moving us but she did give us free breakfast the next morning to try and help. (Which I am very thankful for because for the 4 of us it added up to 84.00!) As for cleanliness..... I wasn't happy. The room was dusty. You could see large dust bunnies hanging off the head boards, stain on my daughter's bed and the sheet wasn't zipped completely on (hanging half off 1 corner exposing bare mattress, my pillow had a stain, and no trash bags in trash cans... the lighting on the breakfast table had obviously not been dusted or cleaned in a bit. Pillows were not comfortable at all. All in all I would not stay again for the price.

I adored the onsite restaurant that accommodated all of our allergies and gluten free needs. I loved the vibe of the hotel. The lobby was always active and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy.

I had a table lamp and stand with no plug next to my bed. The water pressure a bit soft.

Property was convenient and very kid oriented. Our young grandsons enjoyed the decor, the car in the lower level, and playing corn hole indoors. There were so many things to tickle the senses.

I loved the atmosphere and specifically Michelle and Keisha at the bar! The customer service was like none other with those two ladies.

Specifically, Cathy the worker at the bar was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPLEASANT AND UNKIND.

Close to the children hospital

The food was poor especially for the money that was spent didn’t have the basics in the room. For the cost of the room everything was an add on. It wasn’t worth the money spent

Staff was awesome!!! Felt welcome immediately. Lobby was open, spacious, and colorful. Front desk staff throughout my staff we courteous and helpful!!! Room met my expectations and Fiona's cafe satisfied my needs!

There really was not anything that I disliked. I would recommend having a microwave in the room. But through the room description, it was already stated that there was no microwave. So, I have no complaints.

It’s a great location, and the staff are very friendly. The coffee was delicious.

The beds weren’t comfortable. There’s no vanity in the bathroom, so there’s no place to put your toiletries.

The decor is fabulous, quirky and fun. Uplifting for every age.

The quirky design is fun, inviting, and memorable. We definitely got some fun lobby photos.

The staff all seemed kind of disinterested and unpolished. My daughter found dirty women's underwear on the chair in our room and the person at the front desk said "sorry for the gift" and that they'd notify housekeeping. That was not the outcome I had expected, but didn't push the matter as I maybe should have. Parking was also an additional charge that I wasn't aware of during booking (Maybe I missed it, but was surprised).

Such a fun place. The decor is beyond amazing. Whimsical and nostalgic. The staff was beyond kind. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay. Booked again for the fall!

We spent time at the bar and ordered food one night. We enjoyed the bar tender. I believe her name was kathy. She worked mon and tues night. She was a delight. The food was great as well!

It was conveniently located near the Cincinnati zoo which was the planned part of our weekend excursion. We were able to walk to the zoo and leave our vehicle in the hotel garage.

No microwave was the biggest drawback that I could tell. Most everything else was fine.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool table and drinks at the bar.

Check in took a little longer than expected and the charges were confusing.

Love the decor and the walk in shower. The staff was all very nice.

Fun, nostalgic decor along the student theme. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Convenient to Cincinnati Children’s hospital. The airport was only 22 minutes away by Uber.

The location is great if you need to be close to the hospital but is a bit far from the downtown area.

Perfect location for UC. Loved the uniqueness of the decor and Cincinnati theme. Great coffee shop. Bar that was staffed and a large outdoor patio.

Would of liked to been informed that parking was extra.

We loved the decor. It was fun, informational, and colorful. We loved hearing about Fiona.

We walked to the zoo

The room had a crazy design but in a good way. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. There is a bar and dinner restaurant in the lobby. We had some drinks and the pork pizza after going to the football game. The coffee and breakfast restaurant was great. I had a well made cortado with chicken & waffles.

We booked during a Big XII football game and the rates were extremely increased compared to normal. I understand supply and demand but we booked well in advance and they were still increased up around four times their normal rates. Just because all hotels do this price gouging does not make it right.
