Breakfast was and staff member was very friendly. The restaurant had some great food and service by Jess was very nice.

Our room needed some deep cleaning. I dropped something behind the bedside table and when I went to retrieve it there was a lot of dust on carpet and even the wall.

Comfortable room and beds. Well furnished. Waiting staff were pleasant and helpful. Tennessee was very attentive at breakfast. Good place to sit while waiting for flight.

One of my worst two hotels stay experiences in my lifetime.

Location

Noisy guests in adjoining room who kept us up till 1:00 AM. We had to get up at 4:30 AM. Called front desks several times. Always took at least ten minutes to answer the phone. They talked with the noise makers once, then ignored the on going problem. Charged us for two breakfasts when the restaurant didn’t open till after our plane departed. Airport shuttle circled parking lot looking for a guy’s car for fifteen minutes when the guy didn’t know where he parked. Nearly made all of us miss our flights. Carpeted over a hole in the floor the size of a baseball. I stepped in the hole a twisted my knee. Asked for a refund when checking out and workers told me he wasn’t authorized to do refunds.

Convenient, nice hotel within minutes to the airport. Free shuttle made it easy to get to my flight.

Several different types of flooring throughout made it difficult to wheel luggage at times. Just a design flaw, that didn’t consider ease of movement.

It is so close to CVG airport. It has nice fountains in the lobby.

The room and there's a restaurant with a bar in it and the pool it was all took care of very well maintained.

They didn't tell me about the $50 deposit and it takes seven to 10 days to get back.

Nice hotel but had one hiccup with dirty sheets being left on pull out couch bed.

Couch bed was left with dirty sheets on it. I asked for clean sheets and bedding to be brought to our room to remake the pullout couch bed. Front desk lady said we needed to come downstairs to get the bedding. I just thought it was kinda gross that the bed still had dirty sheets on it and I know this because the bed was not made and sheets were all a mess.

Disgusting Hotel/Not clean

Close to the airport. Shuttle was on time.

Sent an email requesting a handicap room or at least, one with a walkin shower. No response at all. Pee on the toilet. Carpet was gross. Sticky and they need to use the vacuum attachment that gets in the corners and along the wall. Also, when we left this morning, saw two cockroaches in the hall on the main floor.

The HVAC would occasionally make a series of very loud bangs, which was disruptive.

It was enough for the concert at Riverbend for a good price but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Confusing to navigate. My room smelled really bad, the tub wouldn’t drain when I showered, AC didn’t get the room cold at all, half of the outlets didn’t work it seemed like and there was painters tape everywhere, with wet paint and no signs stating as such.

Beautiful hotel overall - more pride needs to be taken in its care. Bed and bedding were nice. Front desk staff was pleasant, despite being overwhelmed with guests a few times. Restaurant food was excellent. Enjoyed having access to the indoor pool since we had a fair amount of spare time to kill. Shuttle van was clean and the driver had a great personality.

The hotel itself seemed to be in a state of disrepair in multiple areas (not even talking about the areas that had legit construction going on.) A ladder was in the lobby for days below missing ceiling panels. Multiple water leaks on floor in public areas/hallways. Only one sweet woman working the desk most of the time, but several times I could find no one. I really didn't see any other staff, besides a manager looking guy who was also up front when I had to ask for additional bedding for the couch. I ordered a room with 2 beds, but got one bed and a pull out sofa. A soda machine ate our money- had to wait on the single worker to get my $ back. Another machine didn't work, at all. There are not many "after hour" options for visitors without transportation.

My breakfast experience went poorly as we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and then another 20 minutes to be served. Could this sitdown method be changed to a buffet style one? That will be more cost and time effective for guests.

Never ! Old and nosiy hotel! no free shuttle !!

I stayed at hotel 01-03 August 2025 in room numbered 204. according to hotel website, there is free shuttle from airport to hotel. When I arrived to cincinnati airport, I call the numbers of shuttle and hotel, nobody answered..In addition I sended mail, they turned one day latter. they claimed their phone was out of order. ıt is not convincing. free shutle is deceive !!I demanded a quite room however staff gave me room numbered 204 that is not open the window and so noisy due to aircondition in outside. facility is old. never stay again!

Overall it was excellent!

People were super nice and entire property was extremely clean. There was low wait staff in the restaurant so I understand the bit of attitude I got from the waitress when asked if a table could be cleared so we could sit but the amazing bartender more than made up for it!
