A dirty hotel with minimal staff and little to no concern for guest experience.

the Lobby was nicely remodeled and the location was great in terms of being close to Paycor Stadium.

We were woken up by staff at 2am with pounding on our door, just to "confirm" our last name on the reservation. The rooms were old, dirty, and out of bathroom products. Our room was not even cleaned or touched for the couple nights we stayed there and made sure our Do Not Disturb sign was NOT visible. Would never stay here again.

Love the location!

The tv in the room was very disappointing. Most main channels including local news etc. were not available. Basic channels such as ESPN, ABC, CBS, Fox were not available! Had to go to a bar or to the lobby to watch. Very inconvenient!

Great hotel for the price you pay! Definitely returning!

Many fast food options nearby and walking distance. Pool was very clean. I didn't use the gym but it had your basic equipment. Wifi connection was pretty quick as well. I very much appreciated the good quality shampoo/conditioner they provided "Dove" as well as hand soap and lotion. Air conditioner was great too and the beds are really comfortable! Free ice/water and coffee in lobby.

There is no security in entrance/lobby, anyone can just walk in and go inside the hotel. The shower drain seemed clogged because the water would puddle up. The pool towels were damp so i had to lay them out to dry before heading inside the pool.

Room only barely enough towels. Same with the pillows the bed was average comfort wise. Shower was not super clean. Breakfast they tried, not the worst. The picture on the booking site was outdated. You couldn't close curtains all the way to block the morning sun. Overall this was not a deal for 237$. More around 135 to 160 range in my opinion .

The staff everywhere at this hotel were super friendly and kind. The breakfast was pretty good! The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The room needed attention. The door needed slammed to be shut. The shower needed cleaned better. It was quite musty inside. We didn’t move rooms because we just needed the bed for the night.

Completely overpriced for an outdated and under maintained hotel.

The location was close to our event.

Due the quality of the hotel we decided not to eat breakfast at the hotel. There was no available staff housekeeping wasn’t available at the appropriate times Sunday we were woke up 3 hours prior to check out which disrupted our rest. There wasn’t any soap toilet paper and enough clean towels and wash cloths. Also bathroom sink wash clogged and the overall cleanness wasn’t acceptable. If we would have seen the rooms in advance we wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. The pictures of the lobby look amazing which is kinda like theft by deception. We will never stay at this hotel again.

We were there for a Reds game, so the location in Covington was convenient with inexpensive transportation to the stadium. This is an older location but our room was updated and nice. The staff was very helpful!

Not much just the front desk staff was very kind.

Room was not clean from the beds too the floor the cleaning staff had to come back in Clean our room and the bathroom was smelling like sewage waste we asked the cleaning staff they mentioned that it was the water sewage nothing can be done about it. So we went out in brought candles plus plugg ins but it didn't work. Bathroom still smelt horrible at times.

Disappointing stay at once reliable hotel

Convenient. We have stayed there many times before. Room was spacious.

Tv got 5 channels in first room. Called and got us moved to another room. Clerk said it depends on what room you're in if the TV works. Really? I expect better out of a Holiday Inn brand. There were people living in the hotel. Rather sketchy. Breakfast was awful when I asked if there was more coffee the guy was very snippy about it. Really? How about making the coffee before you run out? We will not be back.

I didnt eat the breakfast since I normally don't eat much in the morning. My wife and kids enjoyed it though and said there were plenty of selections to choose from. As far as location it was right off the highway and easy to get back on, with a good selection of restaurants around.

Will not be back

The lady at the front desk was rude. & After being told I’m “taking someone’s room” and making me feel guilty even though I made a reservation 15 days before check in. And I got there at 3 for check in….. We get to our room and there’s no towels… I have my husband go ask the front desk for some and he gets told housekeeping will be up with some soon, well we call it a night about 8pm with no towels and giving up on ever getting any. Which fine whatever we’re only here for a night. When I booked the room I made sure to get the breakfast and would ya guess the guy told me we weren’t allowed to have breakfast when we went down. And it would be extra…. Lol This place is a JOKE I’d go anywhere but here, there’s a courtyard next to it. If you really want that location you’ll surly have better luck there.

Disappointing.

Called before booking to ensure the did have a pool and it was open. Talked to a guy that’s answered the phone who said it was open until 10. Turns out, pool is covered with a tarp and not open at all. Literally the only reason we booked the hotel at all. Hair in the bathroom sink that wasn’t ours. Bathroom in general was sub par in cleanliness. Elevator button didn’t work. Housekeeping busted in the room at 9:00am. No knocking.

The breakfast was ok not great but adequate. The staff was friendly helpful and accommodating. Being absolutely new to the city the staff went above and beyond helping me navigate the city. The facilities were dated but about what I expected. The location was ok and close to every thing I wanted to see so I was ok with the property
