Was very close to the venue.
Wished the breakfast was better.

Spacious room good parking
It states complimentary breakfast but all that was available when I went down was honey buns and coffee.
Paid online but at check in had to pay 75 dollar deposit and an additional 25 dollar per pet fee when stated online pets stay free. When we arrived there were 5 homeless people camping outside of main entrance so that was intimidating. The entire stay there was a man sleeping in the main lobby or just sitting there who reeked of cat pee. Everything in the room felt so greasy and not clean so I went and bought disinfectant wipes to clean the room

Felt safe inside
Not so safe outside

Walkable to both downtown Covington and the bridges that get you over to Cincinnati. Extremely close to a Skyline, White Castle, and Waffle House if you're into that.
Certainly dated and showing signs of age. Kitchen was pretty bare.

WiFi terrible, toilet was clogged 1st day when I got there. No hot water the 2nd day. Didn’t see staff at desk counter 6/8 times we went through. The whole place smelled like weed.

I appreciated being able to bring my dog. I paid a pet deposit in addition to the pet fee. I don't understand why they charge a pet fee if they don't charge a child fee. However, once we left, the pet deposit was promptly refunded which I appreciated.
The TV was horrible. It had a red tint to all the channels that could not be altered. There was a roach that I saw scurrying across the kitchen counter. In the handicapped accessible bathroom, part of the shower apparatus was taped to the wall with what appeared to be blue duct tape or some sort of waterproof tape. It looked very ghetto and haphazard.
The breakfast was what was called "grab and go". I had no idea what that meant until I checked in the morning. It meant you can grab some coffee and a honeybun or nutrigrain bar or an envelope of oatmeal if you are so inclined. No fresh fruit or juice or anything else for that matter.

Breakfast was not ready but the most kind cleaning lady was trying her best to help us, got us coffee and a snack. She was trying so hard to please us. Just for that I’d come back to hug her.
It was all nice

The location is pretty convenient
Incredibly disgusting and dirty across the board
The rooms smelled of cigarettes, and there was number of noticeable cigarette burns throughout the carpet in the rooms and in the comforter
We even end up, canceling our reservation and going to a different hotel within the city
I was told that I was to receive a full refund however, I am not sure if she actually did the refund.
When I asked for a receipt confirmation, she gave me a funny look. After a while typing up on the computer, she printed me off a new invoice showing a room of $0.00 saying that it only looked like that because it was a cancellation or that I would’ve received the full $260 back from the reservation.
I have been keeping an eye on it, and it doesn’t show any sort of reversal or credit back to my account

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
At 130am the people across the hall from me was yelling screaming, banging and kicking on their door, apparently they were locked out but staff let them carry on banging for 40 minutes. They woke up my 10 month old baby 3 times. I finally called front desk after 40 minutes of the kicking, screaming and banging. The guy at the front desk said yeah I know that are locked out from their room, I did so u let them wake up other guests, he then said I am sorry for this and then came up and instantly let them in their room. So if he could of them in, then why wait until they have done disturbed everyone else before u come let them into their room. The next morning I spoke to the last that was working the front desk and was keeping my cool and just laying her know how my stay was amd she was very, very rude to me from the beginning and more or less said it happens all the time and it's to be expected because we were in a hotel. Which to me is total bull crap, so I plan to contact corporate about this matter so that maybe I will at least be heard. Thank you for taking the time to ask about my stay.

Nothing
Not clean, no breakfast, no hand soap, one tiny bottle of shampoo, massive brown stain on counter top. Overall very dirty. Mild on top of A/C

The room was absolutely infested with bugs! They were coming out from under the nightstand, in the bathroom and seen on the countertop! We were in the room for maybe an hour total before we left.

The parking lot was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Quite a long walk to fast food and restaurants. Trolley stop was too far from the motel. The entire area smelled like Marijuana!

When we checked in, the girl working was very nice and told some things about the motel and said breakfast is served from 6-9 in the morning. The next morning when we checked out, I ask where breakfast was being served and the girl behind the counter said, well, the coffee bar is behind you, and we have honey buns or nutri grain bars. I said, that's breakfast. I ask if there was any yogurt, because I am diabetic and cant eat honey buns or Nutri grain bars because of the sugar. I usually stay at the Days Inn in Florence because its a decent Motel and the serve a normal breakfast and the rooms are more than half the price of what I paid to stay with you. I will not recommend your property and you should be ashamed to even offer breakfast with what you were trying to hand out. Telling me breakfast is from 6-9 was a complete and ridiculous lie.

Staff was friendly, location was close to everything.
Room was dirty. Mirror above sink looked like it hasn’t been wiped down in 100 people brushing their teeth. carpet was stained. Had to call front desk because both main windows wouldn’t lock. Very heavy traffic noise all night

It was a quiet place and in a great location
The outside environment was a little sketchy

How close it was to every place we needed to go for the weekend. Staff was friendly.
The first room we were assigned was already occupied, which we found out upon entering the occupied room. That was embarrassing. It was clear the staff didn't have the support they needed to get their jobs done. Wi-Fi was down at check-in which delayed things. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk was very open with the fact that she'd been called in on her day off two days in a row. She also let me know she didn't know what to do when we checked out. She had me write my name down to make sure I didn't get charged the deposit, but I still got charged. Also, the beds and pillows were not comfy at all.

Location is good. Close to lots of things along the Ohio River and fast food places around.
The smell-like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Could have been cleaner on the bedspread.

No extra pillows were available or could be provided, Receptionist was rather short and rude when asked about another pillow, No hair dryers in room. "Breakfast" consisted of a vending machine sticky bun that you had to ask for at the desk. To claim that they offer breakfast is false advertisement.

Location was appropriate for what we needed.
Floors were sticky, toilet was wobbly and felt like it was going to fall over whenever we used it, there was no soap or hairdryer, there were no dishes unless you asked, women at front desk were rude, (the men were nice). We paid over $800 for one night because we were in town for a concert and that should have been reflected in our accommodations. We had to ask for more towels and were made to feel as if we were trying to steal them. I don't know how you can charge that much for a room with a kitchen and not provide even plastic cups. And an "extended stay" without a hairdryer? Even the cheapest hotel has a hairdryer on the wall. We had to go out to buy one. I understand that the prices were jacked up due to the concert, but I think even if I had paid the normal price I would have expected more. Even the basic things (soap, hairdryer, cups) were not provided.
