We ate at the Bistro & the food was a quesadilla & tater tho ; the taters were cold & we asked them to heat them up more ; they still came back cold , the quesadilla was just warm & both foods tasted freezer burned , to make matters worse the trip was a birthday present for a concert & we seen the opening act but had to leave because my girlfriend got sick & threw up outside of the venue there is no doubt it was the food ; I myself didn’t get sick but my stomach was not feeling good also! The front desk said I would not be charged at least for the dinner but it still was charged; so I would say I am very disappointed & a bit ticked off Thank you

Concierge was very nice and friendly. Room clean and put together. Lobby well decorated.

The location was convenient for entering and exiting freeway although the amount of liquor stores gave the area a very sketchy set up, but we didn't have any bad experience. It's not the hotel's fault.

the cost of snacks is outrageous, but if I hadn't just had to walk the 1.4 miles from Paycor Stadium because the bus never came for pickup, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Great location for ballgame

Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.

My opinion it was way overpriced at nearly $500 for 2 nights. Needs some updating. Carpets and showers were dirty. At that price I think you should provide some breakfast and not an overpriced bistro that no one uses.

Great hotel within walking distance to Great American and Paycor as well as downtown Cincy.

Hotel was clean and modern. I liked the daily popcorn.

I wish they still had the pool and hot tub. I also wished there was some level of continental breakfast.
