Very short stay, seemed clean, great location.

The breakfast was not great, choices for someone who cannot have butter, cheese were quite limited. Fresh fruit wasn't fresh and so many packaged items, not good. No milk alternatives. Bottom line, I had to eat something so I had dry Cheerios.

The selection for the hot breakfast was not impressive. There seemed to be only one item available, a small round bread substance with a coating of egg and possibly some cheese. Tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer a while.

Amenities, rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Unfortunately, I didn’t like my encounter with the morning staff who prepared and helped serve the breakfast, they truly were unprofessional and unpleasant. Encounters as these put a damper in your stay away from home.

I couldn't change my room to a different room. 4 days prior.

The location and also the parking The room was clean but it had a smell.

The room had a smell. At first I wanted the king with a sofa and being in front of the river but instead I got a view of the street and it was very loud. You could hear people crying for help and also the vehicles out there. It was just terrible. I tried to book a double queen size bed for me, my son and my husband and my little dog. I wanted to cancel the king I booked and get a double.

Second time staying there

Then get my breakfast. I was a half hour before they shut down. The room had a smell. And I couldn't book a double. I had to stick with the king that I ordered earlier. And I didn't get the view of the river. Instead I got the street and it was very loud.

Excellent stay

The staff was super friendly. The hotel was super clean. The pool area was clean & had extra towels. I was worried my kids was being too loud while swimming because the room kinda echos but nobody said anything. The breakfast was great with a good selection. Overall the place was great and I'll definitely stay there on my next trip.

Everything was great here; the property, the room, the staff and especially the location. It’s close to the Newport Aquarium and the entertainment, shopping, eating area. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

It’s very pricy and beware of the loudness if there is a concert that night!

Very nice inside and loved that it was walkable to the Heritage Center where we had tickets for a show.

Directly across the street is an outdoor concert venue and there was a very loud concert going on until 11:00 at night! And, they put us in a room on that side of the hotel! When we got back from our comedy show we asked and were told they would be done by 10:00. But no, they played until 11:00. The hotel would not compensate us for not being able to sleep.

I’ve stayed at this property twice now. Perfect location, easy parking, nice, big rooms. Very clean and great breakfast.

The lady at the front desk wasn’t friendly. Others in the elevator even complained about how unfriendly she was. She even made the comment “if you aren’t checking in, then why are you standing here?”

Good quality for the price

Very clean hotel about 15 minutes from Riverbend Music Center. The room was perfect for my family and I like that you can adjust the shower head. I would stay here again.

Check in at 4:00 took a little bit of time, but I could have used the online check in (I just prefer in person).

The cleanliness was very exceptional

They switched my room which I had chosen specifically as it connected to the room of a family member. I was told the person in that room had extended their stay. In my opinion, they should have moved that person to a different room.

The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice. The location was convenient, with easy access to major roads and within walking distance to some restaurants.

Unfortunately, because it is so close to major roads, traffic noise (especially trucks) may be challenging for light sleepers.

All 4 of us had a good nights rest.

It was clean and quiet. Our 2 grandsons enjoyed the pool.

The breakfast was just ok. No decaf coffee in the lobby, room or at breakfast. Was surprised you didn’t have Disney or Netflix. I have a feeling that I could have logged in under my acct but couldn’t remember our passwords.

The staff location and overall cleanliness was fantastic. The rate was a little more than I expected for no more view than we had.

The breakfast bar was not good. The the eggs tasted just like powder and there was no meat choice other than ham. The fruit did not taste well at all overall we had to go eat breakfast somewhere else.

The disconnect between the pictures and the actual City view. Also we arrived a little before check in time and were denied room while watching others check in. I had asked in advance if I could get in the room 30 to 40 minutes early because of our travel time and they were not accommodating.

Have stayed at Hampton Inn several times and will continue to do so. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the outside seating area! Breakfast was good.

Weekend getaway!

The people who worked there were super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My daughter loved the pool. We liked how the indoor pool had windows around it so you could see outside so it made it feel like an outside pool. You can walk to all the nice restaurants and aquarium.

I didn't like how I got charged a few charges after I left and didn't tell me exactly what they were for.
