We liked the room size. The breakfast options were good and they were kept stocked.

I wish before we booked that I could have realized that multiple different pool photos were used. The pool looked nothing like the different photos used. There were stains on the towels in our room. The bathroom lights had bugs on them and the ceiling in the bathroom had water/mold spots all on the ceiling. The staff that greeted us upon our arrival barely spoke to us other than to ask for information.

Everything atmosphere so these definitely will stay good

The location & easy access to everything.

The bathroom was not clean, hair was in the shower & the toilet was not clean. The sheet had a stain on it.

The room was spacious with two very comfortable queen beds and a pull out couch. The pool was nice but a little chilly and no hot tub.

The cleaning crew we had dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner,and body wash in the shower but we didn’t have any body wash we told the front desk and they gave us little bottles but it took over 2 cleaning days to get it filled and it wasn’t our attendant it was another lady we flagged down in the hallway she was very helpful

I didn’t like that o paid for a double queen bed room but was given a single with sleeper sofa. Had I known they wouldn’t accommodate what I paid for I’d went to an Airbnb instead.

It was fine.

Upon checking in, our room had dirty towels on the shower floor and urine on the toilet seat, and bed did not look freshly made. After informing the front desk, they did appear to clean the room while we went to dinner. The next day our room was not cleaned. The next day I went to the desk and asked if we were supposed to notify the front desk if we wanted our room clean. He said no that all rooms are cleaned daily. I informed him that our room was not cleaned yesterday to which he apologized. I ask that the dirty towels in our room be picked up and replaced and our trash cans emptied. He wrote down our room number saying that he would make sure it was done and we left for the day. Upon our return in the late afternoon our room had still not been attended to. I went back to the front desk and told them that our room had not been cleaned and asked if all housekeeping staff were gone for the day. She wasn’t sure but wrote our room number down again and said that she would follow up. Again, just requesting for trash cans to be emptied and towels removed and replenished. When we came back at 9 PM that night the room had been attended too.

Located close to baseball field that we played

The room I booked was not available. I booked a double queen suite and I got a king suite. We had 3 people this was disappointing. I asked for reimbursement but was offered nothing. The room did not have a hair dryer, I had to go to the desk for one. The Kuerig was broken, the front desk did not offer to bring a new one or send coffee, I had to go to the lobby for coffee. I ran out of towels and asked for some to be delivered, I had to go to the front desk for them. There was construction going on, so we had to use the steps

I had a place to lay my head for the night.

Arrived after check-in time, about 3:15p and they didn't have our room ready. There was another couple sitting in lobby with the same issue! Check-in time is anytime after 3p , why weren't they prepared.? So I was told they'd have it cleaned right away, so we waited, after being tired from driving all day. Finally we were gotten a room and once we got in there it was stuffy and we attempted to turn on the ac unit, and it DIDN'T WORK! Once again I had to contact the receptionist at front desk. She apologized and said there wasn't a maintenance guy on site, she'd try to get ahold of him, and have them work on it. About 2hrs later, after he tinkered with it couldn't get it, and my complaints, the receptionist offered us a free night stay in the future, and a different room. We got the different room, but have not been given the points that equal the free nights stay that she promised. She asked that we wait 7 -10 business days but it has been well past that. After several contacts with her to fulfill her promised, and being strung along, I had to escalate the complaints myself. Don't stay there. The place is run down, in a area that is less desirable. It's NOT like the pictures in the advertisement.

Molly at the front is great! Breakfast had a lot of options and was nice to have and the food and sitting area was very clean. Loved that the indoor pool was open. Pool area and gym were mostly clean. Room was big, super comfy, and I always like having coffee and tea in the room. Fridge was a plus! Room and bathroom were clean. They have a shuttle that takes you to different areas and there’s a restaurant in the same parking lot. Great area, great value, and very convenient!!!!

Renovation’s were very loud- hammering nine stop for 2 hours. Yes it was late afternoon and early evening, but we were trying to sleep. The bath soap and hand soap were empty and no spare toilet paper.

The front desk was very nice upon checking in.

Construction/remodeling in the room right next to us. Loud hammering and buzzz saws against the shared wall between rooms at 8:30a

Tub water backed up during shower. Loudness from other guests in room above ours. Mix up with our check in having to repeat the process. Time it took to check in.

Property was very clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We didn’t get much sleep. The group with a bunch of teenage boys above us were loud, running and yelling until about 3am and back up at about 6:30am being loud and slamming things around again. Aside from that, we had a great stay. A lack of sleep made for a tiring ride home to Kentucky.

Biscuits were cold but good other than that.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room on side of parking lot was a bit loud. Breakfast area was clean and variety of foods was good. access to the trolley was an unexpected plus

The staff was friendly, and super welcoming. Espesially Fatima. She was exceptional. Went out of her way to interact with our children and they loved that!

I could hear the people above us walking, and running. The ceilings creaked every time they did.. it woke me up every time they would move around (which was a lot) so I was upset because I was expecting to be able to sleep well with the price we paid)
