I had an excellent stay everyone was very nice and I will be staying there again. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The shower water got very hot and the water drained perfectly.

We had a lot of hiccups in our trip, but the Fairfield was not one of them. The front desk people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Cincinnati skyline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the south side of Cincinnati.

I think it was about $50/day too expensive. On two of the four nights, we had to have a pillow replaced because it smelled gross. There was a pink bacteria present in the shower. The breakfast is extremely basic, and the dining area was cramped. I did like that it was on the river and walking distance to many places. The staff was very nice and professional.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Cincinnati made getting downtown super easy. We would stay here again!

The housekeeping was not good, the floors were not vacuum and the bed was not done well. I had to take the sheets off and put back in. Other than that bed was comfortable and service desk staff very nice.

Property was overall great… as for the pillows and the bed these need to be updated, at least in the room my wife and I slept in. Bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the pillows need to be replaced. The elevator was very slow and not sure why but it did do the job it was created for. No pool here so make sure you read the hotel’s amenities. We will stay here again because it was not as noisy as other hotels and was pretty quiet actually.

The property seems like it is an older one. However, repairs and upgraded may be necessary. Our room had a terrible odor and carpet was filthy, and seem to stay damp. Our linen had stains and burn marks on it.

Everything there was nice, if i had to think of something bad it would be the parking. Ive never seen parking spaces so narrow, there is no way they are regular size parking spaces. I have a normal size SUV and tried multiple parking spaces & could barely get in. If another car parked even remotely close to the lines then there was zero chance you would make it into that spot.
