GREAT for families. 2nd floor, we played Uno and enjoyed the family space. Breakfast was on point, and lots of food for little picky eaters. The beds were a bit hard, and the water in the shower was a step above lukewarm. Opted not shower my kids, I took a shower and buurrr, way too cold for littles. Very nice room. We stayed in 2 king beds with a city view. Going to sleep at 10 p.m., the street was a tad loud, but I did not hear it at 0200 when I woke up to my kid kicking me. Overall, we would stay again if I came back to go to the Newport Aquarium or any game of sorts. (I would not say walking distance. This is a busy road. Maybe older kids. Definitely not in a wagon with littles.)

Hotel was clean, staff was excellent, location is great.The only think I didn't like was the walls are very thin. I had to listen to the entertainment from next door all night. It was not the TV, but definitely a marathon.

I had an excellent stay everyone was very nice and I will be staying there again. The room was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The shower water got very hot and the water drained perfectly.

We had a lot of hiccups in our trip, but the Fairfield was not one of them. The front desk people at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our room was very comfortable with a great view of the Cincinnati skyline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the south side of Cincinnati.

I think it was about $50/day too expensive. On two of the four nights, we had to have a pillow replaced because it smelled gross. There was a pink bacteria present in the shower. The breakfast is extremely basic, and the dining area was cramped. I did like that it was on the river and walking distance to many places. The staff was very nice and professional.
