It was fine, but there are better options in the area.

It is in a good location and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We could watch the barges on the Ohio River during breakfast.

The breakfast had eggs,bacon, and waffles, but the only oatmeal was sugary Quaker Oats. They had no gluten-free breads of any kind (most don’t you ask). The bananas were green and the juice was watery. The telephone in the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t call the front desk.

Staff, while professional, was somewhat indifferent to us during check in. Did nothing to acknowledge Hilton Honors membership — room upgrade, river view, etc.

Beautiful View with Clean/Comfy room

The view of the river from the 5th floor was beautiful! It was definitely my favorite part. The bed was also comfy, the room has a smart tv, nice spacious shower in the bathroom, everything smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was nice. All employees were friendly.

Extremely comfortable and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious and well maintained. We will certainly recommend this to all our friends and family visiting Cincinnati. The fact that we had a spectacular view of the downtown was certainly a welcomed bonus. Came away really relaxed and well rested. We will be back!

Room with a View!

We asked for a room with river view high up in Bldg. They gave us a great room! Staff was so good about helping and giving us suggestions. Breakfast was super. We love the late checkout at noon also! We will be back! Thanks to all your staff.

Location is walking distance of the Levee area.

The elevators did not work the time we were there. We paid extra for a room with a city view room, however, due to elevators being out, we were put on second floor (actually first floor, above parking) with no view. The stairs leading to the second floor were the most disgustingly dirty, wet, sticky, carpet I've ever walked on. The staff was nice and the room was clean enough, but when you're greeted with grime, it's hard to look past. Would not stay here again. Glad we were only there for one night.

Elevator was really slow. Shower took a long time to warm up and when it did it was super hot, had to use hand towels for wash rags because they didn’t have any wash rags. Parking was very bad, small, tight spots.

Disappointing experience overall. Not worth the money.

The location and view were nice.

The check-in process took a very long time. The staff tried to charge my booking card twice even after I gave them another card for payment. The charges were two different amounts. The elevator was very slow. Only one key card worked. After a concert, there was no parking as some guests had taken up two spaces. We checked out at midnight and drove home.

Good value and modern but total lack of awareness of sustainability

We were upgraded to a room on the back away from the road, facing the river

The lack of awareness to recycling and sustainability. There is absolutely no reason that the breakfast should be generating loads of paper, disposable garbage and plastic cutlery every single day. There was not even a recycling bin for plastic bottles. The dishes should be real dishes and reused and there should be recycling bins there. Also the breakfast was high carb and there was hardly any fruit.
