Comfortable bed; location; great breakfast; kitchenette in room

Manager’s reception ONLY OFFERED on Wednesday night. It would be nice to have manager’s reception EVERY night. It would be nice to be able to access fountain drinks in breakfast area all day/evening. No ice machine on our floor. Very hard to locate this property, had to drive around area 3 times before we found it.

Beds were a little stiff but nothing you can really do about that overall was great but price for one night was a little iffy

I cannot praise Homewood suites enough. Before my stay they had answered any queries I had both efficiently and professionally. On arrival the check in process was so easy and friendly and was given all the information I needed. My room was so clean and beautifully appointed. Coffee maker, microwave,fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bed was super comfy and usb charging points everywhere. Breakfast was fantastic so fresh and the guys changed out anything that had sat there too long and were so friendly suggesting places to see and best ways to get there. I didn’t hire a car as I wanted to see the city and great American ballpark and Paycor Stadium is literally across the river. Within a mile or so there is Target and Kroger for all your shopping needs. Download the Kroger app to get the weekly downloadable vouchers. An uber back from there is also only $7. I love this City and I loved my stay here and most definitely will be coming back.

The breakfast was A+ Tiffany the lady that cooked everything did amazing job serving us and she was very polite and nice..

The beds are very uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep I tossed back-and-forth the entire night.

The location was great. Easy to walk to the aquarium, levee, and bridges to Cincinnati. Friendly staff and clean comfy rooms. The breakfast was outstanding - easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had.

Easy to hear sounds from surrounding rooms.

The door in the room that went to another room didn’t lock so that was an uneasy feeling.

Staying at the Newport on the Levy location was a wonderfully pleasant surprise. The modern decor was unlike other Homewood Suited I had stayed. The room was very comfortable and exceeded my expectations for a location so close to the entertainment of Newport.

The fitness room offered lora of materials, the breakfast tasted fresh, and the hotel was clean.

The fire alarm in the room had a light that went off throughout the night, it was distracting.

Spotless & fantastically appointed. Beds really comfortable & great shower. Delicious breakfast (see below). Wonderful staff. Great view of Cincinnati side of the river.

Had to pay extra to park overnight. WIFI wouldn’t work. Admittedly went to breakfast at the end of the time slot but lots of hot items empty & not replenished - what we did have was delicious.

Unfortunately we missed breakfast by a half hour so I don't know what it was like.

The parking garage was awkwardly placed to the check-in desk.

It was a very new facility, the employees were very pleasant and helpful.

The layout of the room left a very narrow aisle to get into the wall side of the bed, less than 2 ft wide. We heard noises from rooms all around us. Above and beside, so some soundproofing would be another big improvement. The coffee in the breakfast room seemed burnt, but it was better than the coffee in the room.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to nearby entertainment, and breakfast was amazing. I wish I knew there was a rooftop area.

Sehr gute Lage. Etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis nach Cincinatti. Stadtteil in Kentucky ist sicher und sehr sehenswert.

Rooftop-bar ist sehr teuer.

New clean

I told the front desk upon my check in the ac wasn’t working. They told me they would send someone up and never did. The bed is not comfortable at all. And I have not been able to sleep since 8am because of the housekeeping workers. These walls are paper thin and they have knocked on my door, slamming all the doors next to me, banging things around cleaning since then and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m so upset because I needed this room to get some rest when I clearly should have just driven home instead of wasting 160 dollars.

El lugrar es moderno, cómodo, y limpio. Tiene una ubicación es exelente. El Rooftop Bar es hermoso y perfecto para ver el atardecer.
