Location was great for my event at the Heritage Bank Arena. I like the safety of the parking garage as I was traveling alone.

The fifth floor that I was staying on was being painted and when I got off the elevator, I was greeted with stuff all over the carpet and they continued to work in the hallway on a Sunday morning. Felt like this could’ve been done differently.

I had the room with 2 queen beds but the beds were actually full size beds, there was no trash bags for the trash cans in the room, the tv didn’t work majority of the time

Perfect for a stay at the Leeve

The location is amazing. Hotel is up to A-loft standards.

Not their fault but one of the two elevators was down our entire stay. The other couldn’t keep up! The stairs also lead straight outside making it weird to use.

The location was great, close to a lot, easy to find things to do.

We had an issue with the room. We were not treated appropriately upon requesting a room change, the issue was ignored by maintenance, they offered a $75 “credit” that barely offset what we paid to park at the property. It wasn’t about a refund, but the management and corporate level lack of customer service, for me.

Seems like maintenance and cleaning could be better. The shower did not drain very well. You know it was worked on because a screw was missing from the drain plate cover. The coffee maker needed flushed out as it had had severe water deposits. The towel rack was dirty and the floor was sticky.

DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND

The location.

We didn't like that we were charged$157.00 randomly & when my husband ask what it was for, he was told "in case you use anything not covered in the cost." We paid close to $1,000.00 for 3 nights and still had to pay $10 a day parking that was NOT mentioned prior, and they dont have breakfast included in room price as stated. Rooms are extremely SMALL & was not very clean at all. We only slept here, otherwise we would if found a dif location.

Nice stay in a surprinsingly nice area of Newport Ky.

Overall the stay was good. I was there for a wedding and the meet up areas both inside and out were nice. The room layout was good. The location, once oriented was good for walking to coffee and food. The bar was nice. Casual atmosphere. Pool was nice for granddaughter when not over crowded.

Rooms dark as if you open blinds your looking into apartments directly in front of you so difficult to get natural light. There in July, it was hot. Would be nice to have easier access to water refill to reduce the use of plastic.

Nice property, manager needs to attend hospitality school/training!!!

Showing up at 11:00 AM, meeting the manager upon arrival, leaving our luggage and being told our room would be ready at 2:00. Then returning at 4:30 and the room not ready. The manager at this time said they gave our room to other guests because we were not there. What made it worse is the manager said he had't gotten my name even though he had looked up our reservation upon arrival. AND, when my wife asked for some seltzer he would only provide it if we paid for it.

The room was clean as I would think been in hospitality for over a decade there was water spots at the top of the bathroom mirror and shower had some black mold coming through the grout you can tell that the housekeepers did not get it all out. Bathroom floor didn’t seem like it was mopped.

I appreciated the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. I loved the modern decor, the calm atmosphere and the fact that your key card was used for not just your room but the elevator and parking garage as well. I loved the activities available such as billiards pool table, corn hole and connect 4 games.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I'm overall happy with this hotel and would stay here again.
