Great Breakfast, Good Staff, Expensive

The breakfast was perfect. The woman who maintains the breakfast area was awesome. She took good care of our group of seven and fussed over our beautiful baby.

I thought the furniture was shabby ( see upholstery on the chairs). One guest was on oxygen 24/7 and could not sleep lying down. I requested a recliner, but no one seemed to know anything about the request. The guest slept sitting up on the couch with her feet on a chair.

Having a spare room for the kids is great.

This place was rough. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, all the pans and cups were greasy, carpet and showers were dirty... needless to say I had to clean the room before we could do anything else.

Excellent staff response when you need it!

The hotel staff exceeded our expectations in every interaction! From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Special shoutouts to the friendly front desk lady and the talented kitchen chef, who prepared delicious meals with love and care. That lady in charge of the kitchen truly stood out - her warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were part of the family, with a 'mama' who cared about our every need. Her exceptional service made our stay truly special!"

The hotel comprises three separate buildings on the property. They are not connected. So, on rainy or snowy days, you’ve got to go out in the elements till you reach the main building for BKF or to check in or out.

Great value for a family of five. Loved the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. The hotel isn’t the newest building in the area, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was great for information.

Birthday trip

It was convenient and had a room available on short notice. The staff at check in were very nice and made check in quick and easy.

The property wasn’t the cleanest that I have stayed in but it was decent. The property was quite outdated and desperately needs to be updated and upgraded. The shower only had 1 door by design but the floor got soaking wet when anyone used it.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. The room looked like the photos online. The check-out process was fast and easy.

Breakfast was only partially ready at 6:30am when we had to check out.

Pull out bed was dirty with crumbs and stains. Corners of bathroom had someone’s hair in them.

The location was Quiet. The 2 bedroom suite was large enough for our family of six.

The breakfast time could be more flexible. There were no games or much to keep small children (4 and 8) occupied.

Bad visit at one of my favorite hotel chains.

location was close to where we needed to be.

I reserved a 2 bed room. Was put in a single bed room. Went to let the clerk at the desk there must have been a mix up. She did not believe me even after showing her my booking. After threatening to just take my business elsewhere she found a paper that confirmed my booking, but somehow the room I had reserved was unavailable. She then had me move my whole family into another building entirely so we could use two rooms. The new room we were placed in smelled horrible. We found the smell was coming from the sink. It smelled like rotten food. There was no toilet paper in the room anywhere. There was also dead stink bugs in the hallway by the room.

A great place to stay!!! All the amenities of home

The staff was amazing!!! They were so congenial and went above and beyond the call of duty!!!! We were traveling with family and extended family, so the two-bedroom suites were perfect!!! The full kitchens were wonderful!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor firepit and grill. Just a wonderful establishment!!! Thank you to Lesa and her coworker whose name I forget.

Nicer if I didn't have to deal with my now ex boyfriend

I went to visit my now EX boyfriend who lives there paid for by a company he works for while being out there and I found out he brings girls there to cheat which lead me to pack my things and go stay at another hotel which has nothing to with the hotel but I wish I could've enjoyed myself

Our bathtub was slippery and then we don't grab bars and when we arrived a room wasn't as clean as it should have been there was a hard doggy turd under the desk that no one caught. We took care of it but we thought you should know
