Booking.com didn't push our reservation through to the hotel. The lady at the front desk could not have done more to help. After the disaster that was the last hotel we stayed at she was an absolute angel. She called and fixed it all up, and then upgraded our room at no extra charge for our troubles.
I barely even mentioned about returning the rental car to my husband when she gave me a card and said "Follow the signs, and when you're there, call us and we'll pick you up", and also let us know that the shuttle would drop us off the next day with our bags as well. I didn't have a chance to ask any questions because she'd already answered them all for us!
The shuttle was amazing, the gentleman driving it dropped us at the terminal we needed to get to, which was lovely.
The BED. The bed was THE BEST bed I think I have EVER slept in, and that includes my one at home!
The whole place was lovely and clean. It felt like people took pride in their work there.
The restaurant's kitchen was very slow. We went for dinner, and my husband's meal came out after about an hour, mine came out 2h after ordering. I had to sit and watch him eat. The poor waitress was doing her best, and we knew it wasn't her fault. Breakfast was the same deal, it took way longer than a restaurant should take to get the food out. If we stay here again we probably will give the restaurant a miss.
The air conditioner didn't work as expected, and could probably use an update. It looked old and tired.

It was so close to the airport and was able to take a shuttle in the early morning for free.
The restaurant. Not enough workers, and wasn’t even that crowded when they first opened. Got to the restaurant at 5:00 pm,had to wait an hour before they even sat us, then the waitress was taking orders of people before us that had just sat down after us. Finally got our water at 6:40, and got our food around 7:15. Left the restaurant a few minutes before 8:00 pm. Normally would have walked out, but the weather was horrible, snow and frigid temperatures and had no car. Some people were comped their food bill but since my husband wouldn’t let me complain we didn’t even get comped. (He’s always worried someone will spit on our food). Food was good, but not worth the wait!

To me, it was the staff that made my stay exceptional. Yes, the room was perfect and the facility itself was stunning, but (as with most things) good people make all of the difference.
I understand the challenges of traveling with children but someone down the hallway from me had allowed their children to run past my doorway, slamming into doors and opening and closing the main stairwell doorway a few hundred times which wasn't exactly what I needed that evening as I stayed there because of a migraine headache arrival with unfortunate timing. I very much needed quiet and I had chosen a place where the clientele normally has better personal standards of what is considered appropriate public behavior and how people comport themselves in regards to respecting others and I was more than a little upset that people whose personalities I might have expected to experience at whatever the cheapest option would have been.
It's very hard to put without being rude so I will just come out and say it: higher prices and classier facilities normally aren't where the common riff-raff end up staying and allowing their children to run wild. Had I gone to some Holiday Inn or something, my expectations for who would be in the next room would be slightly different than who I expected to find myself roomed near in someplace where there's no one dealing crystal meth in the parking lot and $40 working girls are soliciting their services door to door. Had I felt like being in an atmosphere like that, I'd click on some joint with 1 star whose publicity picture included an empty swimming pool and a few plastic pink flamingos. I was musing through the cacophony of the slamming of the door, the shrieking children, and the pounding headache how terrible a person i would look for articulating such a thought because it's 2025 and finding places where one is insulated from common behavior is basically impossible anymore. Our people's public behavioral standards are a perfect reflection of where we are as a nation.

I liked how close it was to the airport and that they had an internal shuttle. Skipping another uber ride was great!
The staff seemed unhelpful upon arrival, besides the shuttle driver he was great and friendly. There was an inconvenience with my booking, which has never happened using booking.com, I understand whoopsies happen, but the staff seemed absolutely unhelpful and rude to me and to booking.com when they also called to help resolve my issue. I arrived around 6:30 pm, and I didn’t get settled in my assigned room finally until 8:30 pm after a long day of travel. Eventually things were resolved. And then staff suddenly became nicer.

Super convenient, excellent staff who go out of their way, quick shuttle service, quality room, quiet even though at airport.
Price could have been less as it was simply a sleep over but I assume that the airport facilities have a lot to do with that.

Great that it was right next to the airport and they give you water bottles and cookies. Free 24/7 shuttle was really great. Air conditioning unit definitely cooled the room down. It was nice and quiet in the hotel in general.
There were some buckets and towels set up in the middle of the hallway to catch leaking water the whole time we were there. The elevator flooring is damaged. The building felt older and not in great condition over all.

Didn't eat breakfast. The toilet gave us some trouble and it wouldn't flush. Also didn't get our cookies when we checked in😥 quite annoyed with that
You're supposed to get warm cookies when you arrive....and as I said before the toilet got clogged on us in the middle of the night
