I will not be staying there again terrible!!

Well the pool was not open and we weren’t told it was completely empty and a sign was on the gate that said out of order. We had 2 kids with us looking to be able to swim. Very stingy with towels and toilet paper also the juice was warm at the breakfast they had was pretty nervous about getting sick.

It was a convenient location and with friendly staff. We felt the environment was safe. The breakfast on-site was an added plus.

The shower wasn't clean and had hair strands in the tub and on the floor nearby. The lounge coach in the room had cigarette holes in it.

Disappointing, but adequate. We wish we had spent a little more and stayed at the Hampton up the road.

Floors were not clean We had a problem at checkout and the lady at the desk was not helpful. We couldn’t open the window blinds. They were electric and the controls to open them were missing. The cold water in the sink took a long time. what should have been cold water was scalding hot to start.

It was an okay stay for one short night but I wouldn't stay multiple nights here.

Our room was very clean!

We traveled 3+ hours and got there late. when we got there the very rude lady at the desk told me they were at capacity and couldn't find my reservation. although I had confirmation and already paid. Once I called booking & the nice booking lady called the hotel they "magically" found that the staff had cancelled my room on their end which shouldn't have happened to begin with since I booked and paid through a third party it should've only been cancelled through a third party. they had 2 extra rooms for emergency situations and gave me one. the beds were hard. the air was off in the room so it was hot when we got there and since it was already so late it was up into the night before the room cooled down. but the room was very clean so was the rest of the hotel.

Will not recommend or stay there again

staff was polite and vey helpful.

Dead flowers and small shrubs were dead. No mulch. nothing was pretty on the outside. Alot of weeds to invite you into the lobby. Upon entering from the lobby to the rooms carpet was dirty looked as if not sweep for a while with food particles and stained. Trash left outside of room doors in the hallway. the key reader card was so dirty it was hard for the key card to be read to get the door open. Once inside the room,213 the toilet was dirty all around the bowl to the floor. The tub still had hair in it. (nasty) The furniture tops where the phone sets had not been wiped down and the phone holder was dirty and also had not been cleaned. Dead bugs in the window sills, apparently not cleaned up for a long time. So they gave us another room 417 and at least the bath area was clean but the biggest complaint again was the dead bugs (alot of them, should have taken a pic) again on the window sill. The hotel needs a major overhaul. Will not stay there again. Will go back to Hampton hotel on up the street. because it is very nice compared to the Holiday Inn.
