Dress for work, not home

Location was close to places I needed to be.

The front desk staff was a little rude upon my arrival, and there were a few housekeepers dressed rather unprofessional.

Overall, great stay. It was just what we needed, and a great price especially around a major Holiday

All the staff we encountered were great! From the front desk, housekeeping, and facility workers (unsure of their proper title) were all very personable and accommodating.

The hotel was under a remodel of the hotel lobby so many of the amenities were closed such as the pool and the exercise room, which we were looking forward to using.

Hotel was fine.

Great location

There was 2 of us. We were on motorcycles. I ask to park under the entrance to hotel. Clerk said no. When I travel 80% of the time the hotel lets me park out front under canopy. I don’t understand what the big deal was. I was concerned about my bike.

Bed was ok

Overpriced for what was offered. The breakfast was poor. Old, dirty and damaged rugs in the lobby. The elevator was dirty, the bathroom in the room looked so old and dirty. For the priced that was paid, could have stayed in actual downtown in a better hotel.

I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner. Mostly because there wasn’t none and when I asked for some I never got it.. which whatever lol. Everything else was great! Elevator was kind of scary, but that’s probably a me thing.

It was an uncomfortable stay, with the noise from the ac to dirtyness of the room.

The desk staff was exceptionlly friendly.

The room was overall dirty. You could tell it was just sprayed with cleaner, as the floors were sticky and the floor boards were very dirty. The air-conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep and didn't work well. The carpet was so dirty, our slippers left dirt marks on the shower mat. The curtains hooks were missing so we couldn't darken the room. It was overall not up to our standards, even the shades on the lamps were crooked and not fixable. We couldn't stay another night and had to find another room at another hotel for the next night.

This was a terrific hotel stay!

I liked the omelettes - very tasty I liked the healthy options: Chobani yogurt and oatmeal and nuts. I didn’t use fitness room but I used the pool. It was very clean and water was a refreshing temperature. All staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with staff and amenities. Parking was convenient and we never had to wait more than 10 seconds for the elevator.

The breakfast was great. I was wishing when I left that I could have taken some with me. Kitchen staff was so nice. The staff at front desk. Especially a young woman who was expecting a baby. She was so much help to me to get my transportation to the bus station. I am so appreciative of her and that Lyft driver. Thank you Thank you

Filthy hotel

Location is great

Filthy facility and room. Used ice bucket full of water that staff refused to replace. Hair all over the room. Dirty elevators. Dirty hallways. Dirty Dirty. Will not stay again.

There are other hotels with better service and value nearby

I loved the location and how convenient it was. The hotel was 2 to 20 minutes from everywhere we needed to be and easy to enter and exit.

I did not care for the unprofessionalism of the staff. I realize times have changed and "business casual" dress is more or less a thing of the past but I don't expect a service industry employee to show up for work with unbrushed hair and wearing sweatpants. Additionally, the breakfast attendant did not fill anything until She was told it was empty - when I worked at a hotel, we had periodic checks of breakfast stock as part of the routine. If a guest had to tell us something was empty, we weren't doing our job. Further, nothing at breakfast was warm. The coffee, sausage, eggs- all were room temperature. And this was the most basic, barely above continental breakfast, I've ever seen and I specifically chose this hotel because the reviews said the breakfast was excellent… I would love to know where people got that idea because that is not what we experienced. finally, the stay was over $100 more than it was supposed to be, and it was not disclosed ahead of time that parking was extra.

We were visiting family at the hospital and Ronald McDonald house. It was a great location.

Our stay was comfortable and I would return in the future.

The close proximity to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center was ideal. The morning breakfast variety was great and substantial. The rooms were large and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk were polite, pleasant and helpful.

There appeared to be a lot of people congregating in the parking lot, so I was a little Leary about the safety of my car. There seemed to be a lot of “friends” visiting the front desk receptionists, which does not enhance the hotel atmosphere. The carpeting, especially on the lobby level could stand a refresh. I think that carpeting in the rooms, while it decreases the sound, does not help with cleanliness.

*Great location compared to the zoo which in my opinion is one of the best in the US *Comfortable beds in nice sized rooms *Excellent breakfast *Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating

*Rooms were clean but had stains on furniture and walls and multiple spots that appeared to be wax on one of the chairs. *Toilets too close to the ground *Lots of hallway noise (None of the above issues was a dealbreaker. I’ve stayed there 3 times and will again. I just expect better attention to detail from a member of the Hilton family.)
