Close to airport

We booked it close to the airport so we could pay extra and shuttle from the hotel which is why we booked again got the 15th . Lady at the front desk was rude when asked her about the parking . Next time I will book a different hotel that does offer parking and a shuttle

Had some issues with noise of appliances in the room.

Easy access to the airport

Wall heater was very loud when it kicked on. Woke me up several times. I had to switch rooms. Refrigerator was loud too. I eventually unplugged it. All the pillows were the kind that elevated your head up high off the bed. It was hard to find the entrance off the main road to the property. There was no sign and lighting to show you where to enter.

Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast adequate and good. Clean.

Some difficulty with checking in and requesting an extra towel set; it seemed to be a language barrier. On checking out, no receipt was offered as requested, and told would be in email that was not seen till we got home. Room rate stated $119 per night and we stayed 2 nights. But then the various taxes hit and final cost was $274.80. The most irritating was a phone charge. The phone message light was blinking when we entered the room. Upon pushing the message button, an auto-dialer call a company recording stating "I'm out of the office today and will be back in tomorrow." That phone call entered a telephone charge for long distant interstate charge. (that an old phone scam of few years back) That needs to be changed by management immediately especially since one cannot review the charges prior to leaving.

Pros and Cons

The room was set up nicely with lots of hooks where needed and an exhaust fan that worked in the bathroom. We enjoy the convenient shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion ! Also, the coffee provided was very, very good.

The breakfast was horrible. The eggs nor the sausage had any flavor and appeared not to be 'real' eggs or sausage . Extremely disappointing. Also, dealing with locked bathrooms in the lobby was very inconvenient.

If you need to stay by the Cincinnati airport, this is a pretty solid choice.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me with a small issue with my room. The check-in person was also very kind. I had had breakfast at a Hampton Inn elsewhere the week before, and this one met my expectations and had a good variety of food like the previous one. Though the hallways were narrower and darker (I'd maybe suggest a brighter carpet there), my sense was that the hotel was clean and in working order.

Fantastic until the end.

Carie was awesome! Very welcoming upon our arrival. She was super calm and reassuring while we sorted out confusion with our reservation.

We lost a set of keys and the staff was reluctant to help. This was a huge deal considering we were traveling from hours away. We asked to search through the trash ourselves and were denied. We ended up stuck at the property for 4 hours while we waited for AAA and family members to come. How hard is it to let someone search a maid cart??

Hampton court hotels consistently deliver good value for money, friendly staff and comfortable rooms

Good variety breakfast, plenty of options. Some issue with the internet however the receptionist went above and beyond and gave me temporary membership in an effort to assist. Eventually the remote IT help desk assisted.

I had difficulty getting in touch with the hotel for transport as I had returned a car. As a foreigner I didn't have data coverage.

We cancelled a second night's stay because two main desk staff people were not friendly.

The variety at the breakfast was very good. The room seemed clean and it was a nice size. Location was fine.

Two ladies at the main desk were rude to us. Not welcoming at all and when we asked questions, answers were condescending and not friendly. The guide function on two TV remotes didn't work. The maintenance guy couldn't solve the problem. I was disappointed that there was no meat at breakfast.

receptionist Tommy and the early morning driver Kathy were very friendly, patient and thoughtful. Tommy explained patiently where to pick us up, and dispatched the driver from the hotel right away. Kathy let us to pack a couple of muffins before the breakfast officially opened, because we had to leave the hotel at 5am. We appreciate so much the warmth. first time in this region. very good impression for the people here.
