It’s a good place to stay.

It’s near where I needed to be. The property was still under renovation when I stayed. So there’s dust by the lobby. The rooms however, were cleaned and smells good.

We should have been told this was a marginal place under transition

prompt pickup from the airport. room clean and quiet place to sleep plus a shower for morning.

it was a construction site. the lobby was all drywall and wet cement. only two staff members that we saw, one at night and one the next morning. we were not informed of this in advance, The shuttle driver who picked us up and checked us in at night told us there would be a box breakfast from 6-9. We went at 630, and a lone staff person said he had just started it and it should be ready in half an hour. we came down at 7, not a staff person in sight. But there was a church group of adults and 39 children who had also been led to believe there would be breakfast. They had not been informed in advance either. Fortunately we had snacks and someone from our home an hour away picked us up and gave us a ride to breakfast.

Location

The property was apparently in the middle of a remodel and under construction and no where in the booking process did it state that. Every time I waked out of the room and back in, I tracked construction dust into my room. The vending and ice machines were not present and no breakfast due to the construction.

No blow dryer in room as listed. Asked staff for one at the front desk and was told they didn’t have any. She couldn’t be bothered to look for one or perhaps take one from an empty room🤷🏻‍♀️. That’s just laziness and poor customer service. I know it’s just a blow dryer, BUT little things DO matter.

Very disappointed - the lack of cleanliness is absolutely my #1 issue.

We received a free upgrade to a better room after we complained about the cleanliness of our room (it was very, very bad). It seemed to us that maids were not cleaning the rooms on the second floor. The breakfast food was OK. The sausages were tasty and the bagels were good,too.

When we arrived, the entire front lobby was silent and deserted. No one to be seen, not even a desk clerk. We waited, rang the bell twice, still no one appeared. We deceided to go to dinner and return later. When we came back, the desk clerk was eating in the office. She came out to check us in and she was not happy about it, I assume because we interrupted her dinner. We were put on the second floor, most of which was being gutted and renovated. Our room was one of the few remaining to be renovated. It was dirty, absolutely filthy. Mold in the shower and the room smelled like dirty gym socks. I cannot believe they put us in that room. So, my husband complained and they moved us to a marginally cleaner room on the first floor (it also stank of gym socks). The whole hotel was old and run down. Although it's being renovated, I'll never stay there again. There are far too many better hotels in that same area.

It was very nice on our 2 night stay

We enjoyed the pool , whirlpool bath, big shower, hot water,and breakfast. The biscuits and gravy was so good

One of the curtains had been ripped off and put into the closet which I thought was kind of weird. There also wasn’t extra linen for the pull out couch but I went upfront and grabbed it. The couch had crumbs all over the mattress.. I did have to do a little cleaning before we could actually relax but there was no bugs and it was minor things.

Nice, clean and safe environment to stay the night or longer at a great price.

The breakfast was good, it was nice to have a warm food option. The eggs were not very hot but we're good. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

The rooms were very clean and they smelled good. There were a couple cobwebs on the ceiling but this is not a big deal. The tub was well worn and mats were placed on the bottom as a temporary measure, when I talked to staff they said they are renovating the suits and all the tubs are being replaced.

The elevator kind of seems always broken , And the air conditioner in the unit was difficult to set , wanted to have the a/c blowing non stop but was stuck on auto so it kept turning off and it got hot so had to open window

The room was a good size, but we didn't get any clean towels unless we asked for them. It was also clear that they didn't clean the room very well after the last guests. None of the cleaners could understand what we were saying even when we asked for things.

The breakfast wasn't very good. It looked and tasted like it had been made somwhere else and put in the heating tray. Even though we went down early, there wasn't much choice and no one who understood what we were saying.

It was a place to sleep.

The breakfast was really good.

The hotel is understaffed and needs a renovation. The front area was blocked off because a tractor trailer made the front entrance unsafe. The first night when we arrived there were no outside lights on so we almost didn't find the hotel and when we did it looked like a crime scene. The pool was closed (and it is summer time). We had to change rooms because the bathtub was disgusting. The new room wasn't much better and I had to change the sheets because they were also stained and disgusting. The carpets in the rooms and hallways are badly stained.

Fire alarm went off for 2hrs, couldn’t go to bed until after 11pm. Front canopy collapsing. Hall carpet stained and dirty, lack of maintenance and up keep.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and he[pful. Ride to the airport was quick and efficient. Driver was very nice and helpful, we would definitely stay their again and will recommend it to our friends.
